Loved this salon but I live too far away now! Def check it out; the pedicures are good and I never had an issue with getting dip powder

Hit or miss depending on the tech. I forget her name but the woman who did my pedicure today was amazing. Jolin on the other hand did my full set and they look terrible. Inconsistently shaped/filed, cuticles look terrible, gel polish that’s streaked and pitted and already chipping eight hours later. Last time she did my nails I had to go in the next day to have someone else fix them. She tried to blame the polish that time but clearly that’s not the case…never had someone apply gel without a base coat so that’s probably why. I shouldn’t have let her do my service again after that but I thought maybe it was a fluke. Now I’m out the money because I had to go to work after my appointment and didn’t have time to make sure they were fixed.

Summer is the best. Everyone is efficient. Haven't been anywhere else in several years.

Down hill! Music is in another language. Conversations are in another language. No one smiles when you walk in. Go to L&K on street road! They are amazing!

The male manicurist is absolutely miserable (Ken I believe) Pulls on your hand constantly to move closer to him, doesn’t speak, burns you with the electric file, and talks in Chinese the entire time to the other workers. Very rude. I will not be returning.

The customer service is so awsome here. They have the jelly pedi. Also you get your money's worth here!

I went for a mani-pedi, I chose the spa pedicure (seriously give this one a shot if you haven't yet), it was really great, they really really put an effort to relax you, gave me time to select my colors, the people working there are super nice and welcoming. They are very busy but they don't try to rush the process, they are very meticulous and great at their job! <3 Thank you True Color Nail & Spa, you guys are great!: D

I have been attending this nail salon for 3 years. I love the service and the customer service. They are a responsible shop! Never have to wait too long and they greet me when I come in.

Their customer service is bad. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The girl barely touched my feet and refused to scrub the dead skin off the back of my feet. She said because I only wanted a “regular “ pedicure. I will never go back here or recommend anyone to this place. They deserve zero stars.

I don’t now how they can call it a gel manicure when they don’t do a manicure. He used the sander on my nails and cut my cuticles dry and then painted them with gel polish. My feet after my pedicure were not smooth. I still had skin on side of my big toes. Only good thing was the massage. Will not go back!

This is my 2nd time to the shop and my experience was far better than the last one. Even though the shop was busy, Nancy (pedi), and Yuma (acrylic refill) took their time and it shows in the final product. Very satisfied!

I love coming here! They are very attentive! They will do their best from keeping you wait long. They work together to make sure everyone is happy.

Absolutely amazing work my nails came out on point and they use colored acrylic powder got charged $63 and got them done with Summer she did a hell of a job, massaged both my back and hands

This was the worst experience I have ever had. We get greeted at the door from a gentleman who asks for masks (which the mandate has been over). Then he says you want gel polish for toes in which I politely declined and then he told us if we don't get the gel the regular nail polish only last 2 to 3 days for a pedicure. Any other place a pedicure should last just about 2 weeks. I continued you choose regular polish and then was informed its a dollar extra because of the shine. Then I asked my technician to cut down my nails and instead she files them. She then takes the exfoliater scrubber real hard to my entire foot causing lacerations which didn't fully appear until today, I was there yesterday. I could barely walk my foot was hurting so bad. That's not even what takes the cake. After the lady painted our toes we asked about where we dry our toes at, in which they proceeded to tell us outside because they don't offer dryers because of covid. Excuse but what does covid have to do with my toes? They finally did plug the table back in so we could dry our toes instead of having to dry them in the snow. Needless to say I'll never go back there and I'm sure these cuts will last longer than the polish as the guy threatened to us. They try every which possible way to nickel and dime you.

I went for healthy nails instead of long and designed nails this time. Either way you go, they are good and they care about the service they give

L don’t even write reviews and l actually like this place but if you want to add to your bad day, ask Sara to do your nails! This is horrible. A HOT MESS! & when l told her l wasn’t satisfied, she said that there was nothing she could do because she was half way through & made me pay full price.no accommodation! I’m so upset & annoyed.l can’t believe they let me leave here unsatisfied.l asked for deep frenchies, that means the lines on the side should be thin and high and the line across should be thin-like as well.from the shape to the look, a mess! Tacky work and she didn’t even care, what a shame.

My nail technician was fine. I was however furious that they refused to honor my gift certificate because it was more than a year old. I tried to reason COVID and being closed and lessening their hours which made it impossible to go after work. I just cannot believe a business would do this…. Take your money and run…. I saw a few other reviews complaining that they did it to them too…. Unreal!
They won’t get my business again….

I went here with my aunt and my two nieces and my cousins we had got a pedicure and our nails done. They were rushing our feet and then cut me six different times when doing my nails when I tried to let them know the second time she said stop moving I had an event to go to. When I was finished my fingers were all cut up and I was angry when I went over to ask to speak to a manager they said they don’t speak English. I try again then they said they don’t speak English. My niece came in making a big deal about it and they said there isn’t no manager and there isn’t anything they could do about. And I should just let it be! I will no longer ever go here horrible service!

Great place to get nails done but depending on who is helping you. The woman next to me got her foot massage which seem to me lasted longer than what I had. They used to do a great job before when they first opened. My manicure was 25.00 I have short nails and needed 1 color no design. I didn't have under my nails cleaned no hand massage. Didn't have my hands soaked. My hands were so dry they were red.

Today I went for pedicure at Tri Color Grant Ave they did my pedicure and they took me out of the chair Insaid we didn’t polish my nails. They told me someone else needs to get done we are busy. I said what about my nails oh we will do them in the chair while your sitting. I said I paid for pedicure I want my nails polished in the pedicure chair. I looked around didn’t happen to know one else

I never leave reviews however, Nancy Gave me the best pedicure I've ever had in the 20 years I've been getting them. She was sweet but professional very knowledgeable meticulous. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful I felt like a princess!
