True North Lockman & Lubell Pediatric Associates, Fort Washington PA

We have been coming to Lockman & Lubell for years. The care our children have received here has been exemplary. The doctors and PA’s truly care about their patients. Dr. Lubell and Marisa Pizzi have always gone above and beyond with our girls. We have had some serious medical issues with our middle daughter and the care she has received and the personal treatment is like no where else. They call to check in to make sure we are all ok. Marisa is fantastic with all ages but especially wonderful with teenage girls. It is an amazing practice and we will be so sad when our girls age out. Thank you for all that you do and always being there for our family during some of our most difficult times.

Dr Lubell is fantastic. We trust him completely, and have always received top-notch care from the nursing and administrative staff. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I love Dr Jones, she’s great! She had always been so attentive, patient, and kind to my child. I really love everyone at the Pediatrician’s office. I have never had a bad experience; from Billing, to the nurses, and the receptionists, the doctors, everyone here is great. Would give 10 stars if possible. Would highly recommend. Thank you all, for all that you do!

We having been going to Dr. Lubell for over 15 years and he is always very thorough and always make the kids feel like he genuinely cares about them and gets to the root of the problem. The office and the staff are always accommodating and return calls in a timely matter to answer all my questions over the years.

We decided on this practice while pregnant with first child and have been going ever since (2 kids now). All the staff is great and caring. We always try to see Dr. Grover because she is an awesome Dr.and we love her! Our boys love Dr. Grover too - thank you!

Fabulous practice! We have only had great experiences with their staff. Dr Lubell and Dr Grover are extremely caring, patient and knowledgeable.

Every time I am there, my children and I are always treated so kindly. NP, Jen Jones, is amazing. She is who I prefer because of her warm and welcoming personality. She really cares, not just about the children but also the parents.

We could say 100 amazing things about Dr. Lubell. We've been with him for 10 years and he continues to provide exceptional care and our kids love him.

The office staff and nurses are wonderful too. Always available to answer our questions and quick call backs!

Always an amazing experience! Dr. Lubell is the best doctor! He is patient, informative and has gone above and beyond for our new baby. The office is always available for everything we needed and I could not be more thankful for this practice!

A complete waste of time.

We moved Montco from Philly with our 2.5 year old several months ago. The process of transferring our toddlers pediatrician from Advocare to True North has been an unnecessary, uncommunicative waste of time.

1. It took me 3+ calls for them to confirm they received the file transfer of his contact information. I actually had to talk with the company advocare uses and get timestamps before L&L acknowledged receipt of file.

2. The above took months and I could not schedule an appointment and they would not answer questions until this point.

3. In fact, after receipt of the files, they still would not answer health questions until they saw him, which they would not schedule for another several weeks.

4. I received a call several days prior to needing to change the PCP on my son's insurance card. I did this but did not receive the card in time, so I took a Screenshot to show the ID at the time of the appointment. They left a voice-mail canceling his appointment bc they did not have verification (and did not look?). But I received the appt confirmation text message and completed all the advance paperwork needed.

Now my son is without a pediatrician, and has been for several months. I'd like Lockman and Lubell to take a moment, slow down, realize everyone is just as busy as they are, and have a little humility to the families they serve. I'm sure they have 1,000 responses to how I failed to follow their processes and failed to understand their consequences, but in looking at the trees they're failing to see the forest: my kid is without the care he needs today. L&L failed to offer him care.

This whole experience has been cold, lengthy, and completely unproductive.

As a first time mom I’m thankful for this office, each newborn check up they take the time to answer all my questions and provide things to focus on in the coming weeks/months. The office staff, nurses and doctors are all friendly, kind. They also check on me and how I’m doing. The doctor spent more time asking about my health as mom then my own ob/gyn office did. Highly recommend

It’s very difficult to book appointments with them. They only take same day sick appointments, and we called the night before we needed an appointment (as that is typically the only way to get one), and they did not return our call when they opened. They also did not answer their phone after opening the next day, and after leaving another message for them, they finally called us back and said no appointments were available (by 10am) and to try again another day. If you use them as your child’s doctor, you should expect to make many trips to urgent care instead.

They were able to get my son in same day and Dr. Lawhorn is so nice, great with the kids and efficient

This is a fantastic pediatric practice-caring, professional, efficient. Dr. Lubell is so present during appointments and approaches patient interactions and treatment from a whole child perspective.

Dr. Lubell is a wonderful pediatrician. We started with him 18 years ago and have been so happy with the care we have received. I have three kids; two with varying degrees of special needs and he has always taken the time to hear and discuss my concerns.

We love Lockman and Lubell from day 1 they have been amazing ; we are always able to get our baby in if there is an issue and all of the staff nurses/doctors we have seen are so great with him! We love our primary Jen, she is the best!

If it wasn't for the wonderful Dr. Lubell and Marissa we would've been out of this office a while ago. Dealing with the women at the front office is abysmal. They are unhelpful, uncompassionate and cold. Not great characteristics when you are dealing with parents of young kids. The B team is at work here. No sense of urgency or concern whatsoever.

I have been taking my children here for 17 years now and highly recommend this practice. All of the doctors are very thorough and caring. They are always available.

Dr. Grover Was fabulous with Lily and took plenty of time to evaluate a possible concussion.

Wonderful practice that truly cares about the patient and the parent (s) concerns. They answer the phones quickly and schedule in a timely manner unlike the 2 other offices I've taken my children to. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends
