Technician was very professional asked about any outside pets and explained the application for today.

Justin S. Is the lawn care specialist for my property. He is very professional caring and very precise takes time and what he does and also takes great pride in his work. It is definitely a pleasure to have Justin take care of my property.

Had their service for one season (8 applications) and they canceled no less than 13 times during that period. The technician would show up, sit at the end of my driveway for a few minutes, then drive away every time. I had called to complain about this three times, and they were still doing it this season so I canceled.

It was a new construction so I had cellulose netting, hay, and seed over my whole lawn, and on the first service they tried to show up with an aerator, good thing I was home to stop them because it would have torn up all of the netting.

I know it is a new lawn, but it does still look pretty bad, actually looks the same as my neighbors yard whose house was built at the same time and did not get any fertilization / professional lawn care service.

So basically I paid ~$1500 for nothing but a headache, lesson learned I suppose.

We had a great experience with our lawn service representative, Jose Santiago (truck #116154, branch #5721). Professional, personable and cared about the service he provided to us in 5/5/23. I trust that his branch recognizes him for the work he performs for us.

Absolutely the worst company! The picture of our green front lawn was taken on Sept 5,2022. The completely dead, brown front lawn picture was taken on Oct 10,2022. And yes, Tru Green was treating our property during that month. After requesting 2 times to have a Manager come out to look at this damage to our property, both times just a technician showed up.

Clearly the Allentown manager has no interest in his customers. Today we were told that there's a disease on our lawn and there's nothing that they can do about it. So we are now stuck looking at this disgusting dead brown lawn until we can hire real professionals in the Spring to fix it.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

You probably have the worst service in PA. I had your service in TX and it was professional and the results were obvious - even in a much harsher weather!

My yard has developed large patches and bald spots everywhere. And it is not surprising. Your treatment "experts" are what is the problem. They spend less than 5 minutes per visit, in which time it is humanly impossible to walk around the house, much less do any meaningful treatment. They spend 10 minutes sitting in their van and leave. These are on camera. I don't think you guys are unaware - you just don't care.

Absolutely NEVER do business with this company/branch. Tech Isaiah Shaw never did the aeration that I paid for but he put the receipt on my door saying he did the work. (I have video of him not doing the service)

Additionally I have called the techs supervisor Alfredo Cruz 3xs with NO call back.

The worst business. Do NOT do business with this company

Got the seven application package for my large yard. Very convenient and the lawn looks so much better than a year ago. Also the limited cost saving by doing yourself is far outweighed by the time and equipment savings, and the TruGreen staff know what they are doing, no guessing.

The lawn looks good, full, green and healthy looking. Recovering well from the dry summer of 2022 here in Eastern PA

Willing to offer recommendations when solution is not within their scope of services (e.g.: we noted bee swarming and he urged us to contact local exterminator to prevent structural damage to our home from the bees crawling in without a hive. Bees were somehow finding a route into home and were showing in under baseboard heating. Prompt resolution AFTER extermination and patching up their small hole
