9Worst bank ever. Very rude people. They give you the run around. They tell you they will call you back and never do. If I can give this branch 0 stars I would have. From reading the reviews I should have never went to this branch.
Worst service I ever experienced at a bank. It took us three visits to close a checking account. Even at the last visit, the banker was unwilling to close the account and made up all excuses to not do so. The lady at the window was quite rude. We will never do any business with this bank or any Truist bank again.

I should have listened to my instinct and left this bank alone, honestly the only reason I stayed is cause of Anthony. In the month of February alone I had over $500 in fees, an additional $150 last week I paid it again, , now negative again after this weekend. At this point I feel like I'm getting robbed. Stay away, Anthony leave while you have some morals and decency, they as good as wells fargo! (Which is not good at all)
Literally the rudest and most NASTIEST women I have ever come across! The two women that are always at the front counter by the name of Queen and Rochelle always give the nastiest attitude when I come into this branch, the aggression in their voice and body language is almost like you’re bothering them to: DO THEIR JOB! Very unprofessional. There’s a tall gentleman there I Believe his name is Joe and he’s a banker, the only employee there that’s respectful and is willing to help a costumer. Thank you, sir! Other than that, I always dread coming into this branch.
The staff of Queen, Rochelle, Josie, Joe are amazing and always willing to help even they are having technical issues. They have a family atmosphere and always pleasant to talk. Josie the branch manager is amazing.
What’s the point of a drive threw when they make you still come in and I feel bad that they are under staffed went in to do a deposit and was told had to wait 20 minutes for a teller to return I’ll use the one in Wayne before here anytime
It was ok. There system was down, and I went in for a property loan, didn't get a respond for a week.
I've never had such an awful experience at a bank. I never write reviews for things but after the drive through teller started off our interaction by screaming in the mic and proceeding to condescend to me after not trying to help me at all with what I was trying to do (which I know she could've because I was a bank teller for 3 years). She never lowered her voice once, and I had had enough and told her to lower her voice and send the tube back because I couldn't stand to interact with her anymore. Guess there's a reason I've never heard of this bank.
We had a great experience with this bank. The manager, Anthony, is top notch. He has clearly done what was needed to make this branch turn a 180. I recommend it highly.
