5I’m not sure why the reviews are so poor, I read them, and I was hesitant to go here. However, I needed to go to the bank and this was the closest one, I had no issues what so ever. I tried to get a cashiers check through the drive-thru, they kindly let me know I needed to come in. Walked in and they had already started working on my request. They made the process very smooth for me, and double and triple checked the check was made out to the right person. I had a good experience!
Always treated nice by staff but always a long wait. The bank also gives late fees even if money is deposited or transferred over right away or in under 24 hrs. Seems each bank has different policies, too. Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.
The teller was kind to make me aware that the savings accounts are now offering 3 1/2 % interest.
Customer service and policies at bank are horrible since truist took over BB&t if you go to different locations each one of them has different policies.
This bank is definitely NOT here for the people.
Been trying to use the app to check my funds but since the banks are closed it’s taking almost a week to update
