Very quick for a long overdue ring repair, even quicker for a watch battery replacement. They're friendly, priced fairly, and very easy to work with. I'll be returning for future jewelry needs.

Earlier today a bracelet I have been wearing for 30+ years broke. Mr. Truver was able to fix it on the spot. I am so grateful there are still a few jeweler's like him around who can repair older pieces. Customer service as a whole was excellent.

After Shaws Jewelers took my wife's ring to repair it, they "lost it" for over a year. When we got it back it wasn't repaired right. While in Pittsburgh on vacation, We went to Truvers and Rob took care of it right away. We then had him check the settings on her engagement ring. He had some work to do on it, so we left it in his care and he sent it to us in SC. Awesome work. I would never trust anyone else with her jewelry again. Worth the trip!

I took my ring to get checked for a loose diamond after a hack repair done at a big box jewelery store. The staff Robert and Barbara very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and not just trying to sell me something. They checked my stone and tightened it for FREE. They were more concerned that I don't lose my main stone. Would recommend them to anyone I know looking to buy or have repair done. They just made a customer for life!
