I ordered three times and all three orders were wrong and I told them if they can offer an exchange or if they can refund or give me another drink they said no way! They used to be good now a days it takes like ice only without any actual flavor!

I absolutely love the milk tea from this store! The flavor is fantastic, and the quality is top-notch. The boba pearls are perfectly chewy, making every sip delightful. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere add to the overall wonderful experience. Definitely a 5-star favorite!

Their bubble tea is nice but do NOT order through their online platform — every time I’ve ordered in their platform there’s something wrong with the order.

Great place for boba, I always get the brown sugar milk drink at 30% sugar, less ice and it tastes like liquid cake

Tsaocaa is my go to boba shop, I’ve never once been disappointed by the quality or the service. You can get all different types of boba so it really is for everyone.

If you like more fruity teas / boba, I recommend trying the ‘Dragon Fruit Tea’ or the ‘Iced Blueberry Green Tea’. For more traditional boba you really can’t go wrong with warm or cold ‘Jasmine Milk Green Tea Bubble Tea’.

Overall, Tsaocaa has something for every kind of tea lover; highly recommend!

I went with my friend and I got the Oreo Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Milk Foam and my friend got a Mojito. We both loved our drinks and the size of the drink is pretty decent for the price point (boba pricepoint tho lol). The place was pretty crowded, we went around 830 on a Friday evening. Sometimes it’s hard to find space to stand because so many people are waiting for drinks which is why I’d say the service can be kinda slow. But Overally great experience and definitely plan to continue to go.

You can order at kiosks where you can give very detailed edits to your individual orders including percentage of sweetness, adding on specific types of boba or jelly, etc.
The macaroons were delicious also. They have been busy every time I walked by.it's like the starbucks of bubble tea and I mean that in a positive sense.

I used to visit this place quit often and I have always been satisfied with the fresh boba, I wish they can open up a shop in where I live now too.

Easy ordering kiosks that allow you to customize sweetness level and ice! We had the red velvet egg puff waffles and a peach grapefruit fruit tea. I highly recommend getting the fruit teas at 50% sweet because even that was excessively sweet. The waffles were delicious and the fruit tea was refreshing! Fast and friendly service.

This is the goto boba place in squirrel hill. The drinks are good, but some are really pricey, where you pay $7 and you could get a large milk tea, or a really small specialty drink.

Tsaocaa is so good! I’m the type of boba lover who settles on one drink, but here, I can confidently try new drinks without regret. You can honestly choose anything from the menu and it would turn out great! They have many options, from fruit tea to boba to yogurt, and I love to add nata jelly or tapioca for toppings. Also, if you sign up for their membership with your phone number, you literally get discount every time you order, and I usually order from the self-service machines.

Boba was good. It's definitely on the higher end of the price scale. Ingredients were fresh not your packet flavor or syrup added to make taro flavor. We tried the Taro with green tea and boba as well as the purple potato milk green tea with boba & purple rice. We also tried a variety of the macarons. I would have to say although the Boba was good the Macarons were definitely the star of the show! Super soft and delish with bursts of flavor. Service was MEH.bunch of younger kids working. There are three ordering kiosks as well as an area to order with a staff member. Watch when checking out the system automatically applies a 18% gratuity unless you fix it. Overall, I would say it's decent! We will be back to try something different.

Brown sugar milk tea was just okay. The tea had a deeply bitter aftertaste. The boba were soft but not chewy and felt slimy in my mouth. The jelly was much better. The touch screen ordering is nice. Floors were very sticky.

It's definitely a treat now and then at how expensive the drinks are and ive yet to find one to my liking. But people seem to like it. The enytace/waiting area is disgustingly dirty. You can see they never bothered to wash the walls or floors from the previous business that was there. The walls are covered in stains and dirt and what ever was sold there before. It's gross. Out front is usually reflective of how clean things are behind to curtains in the back.

Best bubble tea drinks ever! Our go-to drinks are the ‘brown sugar milk black tea with 70% sugar (warm or iced) ’ and the ‘colorful fruits green tea with 50% sugar with mango and strawberry popping boba’s & lychee’. The egg waffle & ice cream is delicious, too. It’s usually always really busy and you have to wait 10-20mins for your items but it’s worth it to us!

My daughter loves this place. Decided to give it a try for myself.

Self service kiosks are a available here to place your order. They have milk and flavored teas and various boba options along with cookies. You can add whip, sugar percentage you’d like and more. Lids on some drinks are sealed to poke your straw through which I love when you are on the go. This place was very busy. Street parking. I ordered a milk tea drink no boba with whip from their specialty menu. It was not bad. Would come back and try others. Pricing comparable to coffee shops.
