21 Spent 3 days trying to repair a water heater in a rental property. Friday at 4 I get a call from the technician noting he misdiagnosed the issue and needed a new part, but it would have to wait since he doesn’t work past 4: 30. With this being a rental and the hot water already out of commission for 3 days I couldn’t wait. I communicated to some ladies in the office with their solution for me to pay thousands to have my water heater replaced which was not a solution in my mind. I called my normal company and they made a service call and had it repaired in a few hours. Now almost a year later I still cannot get service manager, Colton, to return my calls. Poor communication on their end and extra legwork in my end to get my tenants hot water restored.
Contrary to what is posted below I have zero missed calls or voicemails from Tuckey.
