Great family experience. Very reasonably priced for all there is to do. The taste lab is definitely worth the added cost.

This is a great rainy day activity to do with the family. If you don't know what turkey hill is It's a company out of PA. That has since branched out, and expanded immensely they also have a great brand of ice cream. I would recommend going to this place. Although it isn't very big and you go through it in about an hour.

Great place to experience and learn about the history of Turkey Hill and have a bunch of free Turkey Hill ice cream, juices and teas. A lot of interactive hands on displays, sampling stations, and there's even a tour to make your own ice cream. A great place for all ages!

Went after visiting Raven Ridge. Turkey Hill opened at 4. Veterans in free. (How great is that?) Ice cream, tea, talk to people from other places. Make my commercial after creating an ice cream flavor. Always a good time. Helpful and friendly staff.

It was unique and interesting finding how the Ice cream and Tea products came ccx about. Very much enjoyed the making of my own ice cream flavor and the free scoop samples for the day.

The Experience was fun and worth the trip. The combination of comoany/family history, interactive exhibits and samples was almost perfect. Creating our own on the tasting lab was blast!

We really enjoyed this stop. The exhibits were interactive and the tastings (all included in admission) were great. Virtually creating a flavor, it's package and commercial was a blast. It was worth the extra to create our own in the tasting lab.

My daughter and I had a great time here! I wish I hadn't filled up with the build your own ice cream so I could have tried other flavors.

Very nice experience for young and old persons. The entire experience was great. This would also be a good place to go on a date.

First time we went it was amazing so we decided to go back again and it wasn’t the same the lab felt very rushed and it just wasn’t as good and as interactive the sampling wasn’t great either first time the woman behind the sampling counter made it clear we can sample any flavors we like the older gentleman this time made it one and done which was sad because they had some flavors I’ve never tried before but only was able to try one the dark dark chocolate i thought it was unlimited sampling but guess not who knows I don’t know but don’t think we will do it again

Staff was ok. The ice cream experience people was nice helpful and entertaining. Enjoyed the experience of the interactive tour but you must also do the making of your ice cream in order to enjoy the complete experience.

Had an awesome time here back in July of 2021. Lots to taste and lots to learn through out. Each little section is fun and interactive. The taste lab was the biggest highlight by far and worth the extra cost. The ice cream and flavor modifications were so good. There's also a nice little gift shop with just about any souvenir you would want from a place like this. Will definitely be returning if I'm ever in Lancaster again.

WOW. Fantastic.

Our kids had a blast. The only part which was not to our expectations was the ice cream making. It was nothing making like ice cream making but it was just adding toppings on already made ice cream!

This was part of a bus trip package and I really enjoyed the time there. So much to see and do, I'll have to go back to see it all.

My almost 2 year old son really liked the ice cream trucks and the slide upstairs. The taste lab definitely tested his patience. Overall, family friendly fun activity for the tots. Always interesting to learn about Pennsylvania as well.

It was very fun with lots of cute little activities to try out with children. We did the taste lab and that was very fun as well to play and make your own ice cream!

The turkey hill experience was very cute. We spent about an hour going through all of the exhibits. The unlimited ice cream is actually unlimited. They give a full ice cream scoop of each flavor! It is reasonably priced and has a lot of information for adults and children. I felt like I really learned about the ice cream and iced tea making process. Would recommend!

Late post. Visited in August and had a unique memorable experience. Celebrated my daughters birthday here and really 3-4 cool things to see/do. The Giant Cow in the front, the Taste Lab and the Milking of the Cow. They also have a tunnel slide for kids which kept my kids occupied for a bit. If you go here you have to pay the extra for the taste lab - where you get to make your own flavoring of ice cream. Worth the extra few bucks. We brought 2 taste lab tickets but they let 4 of us create our flavors. I guess it wasn't too busy and we appreciated it. They also allowed us to switch our time slot as we were running late. Over all great staff. Fun experience. $50 for family fun worth it.

First time visiting with the family. This was a great experience. The ice cream lab was worth the cost of admission. The facilitator was awesome and the entire program was well organized.
