5 stars because the employees were nice, but this was one of the dingiest Turkey Hills I think I ever been in. Hope they're on the list for a remodel because they seriously need one. Had I weighed 10 more pounds I probably couldn't have fit in the bathroom that was probably once a broom closet. The Coke Icee is also always broken when my roommate stops in. Not in defrost, it's broke.

Welp after almost a year this place hasnt changed for the better honestly it got worse. Staff is asleep at the tables right when you walk in during night shift, people on their phones instead of ringing out or helping customers, shelves emtpy, out of date product and i wont even eat from the kitchen knowing how things really are done there from personal experiences and be careful if you get gas, my advice pay inside with your card or cash not at the pumps.oh well better off staying away like ive been.

Bro idk what it is about this place must be that management team because they are slow and lazy. I consider myself a usually nice person but this store brings out the worst in me. It makes me become a Karen like my mother because my gosh are they ignorant. Never coming again?

This place is a complete joke and so are most of the managers and staff, there are only a few there that did there jobs and went above and beyond for others. Nothing is ever done, the place is falling apart, they sell cold and out dated food, poor employees get treated a lot better then the hard working ones, half the stuffs broken or only work half the time. I could say more but at this point saying it's a joke sums it all up pretty much.

I will never be returning here after the experience I had recently. The managers yell at their workers in front of customers. The store manager does too and she doesn’t even care. I’m sorry for all the workers here. The management team at this store is horrible and the store is extremely dirty every time
I go in. It’s quite sad, this store used to be great.

The management is awful.they are lazy and don’t know how to treat their employees as people instead of rag dolls.

Place is just sickening. The hallway where the bathroom are stinks of urine. Management is horrific. The assistant manager was so arrogant and had such a horrible attitude.

Management was rude, I heard them yell at staff while in the store. Not a very professional management team if ya ask me

If Google gave me the option to rate this store with 0 stars, I’d do that instead of rating the store with a 1. I worked here for a little over 10 months and was miserable. The job was easy, but the company in general was not great and never fixed the serious issues within the store. Favoritism and laziness is at an all time high there. Only few workers actually did their jobs, and oftentimes the useless workers were treated better than the good workers. Happy to say that I’ve found a better job.

When employed there, I’ve even had vendors come to me and complain about how awful management was. By far the most unprofessional, laziest management I’ve ever seen.

I go here often. The management is fantastic. Mostly everyone is friendly. I highly recommend.

If I could rate this store a 0 or less, I would. Needs better management all around & to treat their workers better.

Great place to fuel up, grab a snack or a cold or hot sandwich. Fountain drinks and coffee is priced very reasonably. Could use more cashiers as the line for checkout is sometimes long. Can take longer to check out if people in front of you are buying lottery tickets.

I went to the trouble of signing up for a "SmartPay" rewards card, and every time I go to use it at the gas pump it doesn't work, and I have to go inside, and tell the cashier how much I want, so why have a Smartpay account when you have to go inside anyway? I called the SmartPay customer service about it, and they told me the blue cards are having a problem, but the new green cards should be at your Turkey Hill mini mart, well, I've been trying to get the green card now for sometime, and still no green card. Very poorly organized store!

There's no more credit at the pump.
When you pay at the pump so you don't have to go in the store you can't even get receipts at the pumps any more so you have to go in anyway

I don't know if it is THIS turkey hill, or ALL turkey hills, but at least THIS turkey hill is rotten to the core. Most of the time the car was does not work. Sometimes they close early, sometimes they do not.

It really went downhill when the parent company went through new ownership. They don't seem to care about the operation of a mini market. In a market with choices like Sheetz and Wawa, there is no reason to go reason to go here.

Ordered a Turkey sub freshly made 20 minutes ago and this is what I got! Disgusting rotten lettuce! It won’t let me post a picture but I’ll post it on my Facebook page!

Depending on the day they are closed after 1pm, pumps only like certian debit card with chips, but card works inside But u gotta roll the dice a tell them how much fuel ur gonna put in, GO ACROSS THE STREET BY THE BEACON 100 TIMES BETTER.
