3Visited with my TrailBoss Silverado in March 2023. The service from Tara Smith was amazing! Went above and beyond the call of duty for my special circumstance. Even stayed a couple minutes later after hours. Nothing but good praise for the service offered. Dave Martin was also extremely kind and every phone call he took, you could hear the passion and kindness in his words.
On January 18,2023 I took my 2020 Chevy Bolt EV to the Turner Commercial Truck Center to have the Propulsion Battery replaced as per a recall by General Motors. The technology in this car is advanced and I was concerned that this organization might not have the necessary experience. I spoke to Dave and he went over everything that would be done and told me that they had already done about 50 replacements. The way Dave presented himself and the company gave me confidence that the job would be well done. I had the car back in 2 days and that even included a new set of tires.which I feel that I got a fair deal on. My experience with both Turner Chevrolet (sales & service) and their Commercial Truck Center has been absolutely outstanding. For anyone who needs service on their Chevy EV, Turner is the place to go.
Dave pays attention and suggests reasonable solutions. I don't feel like I'm getting "farmed" like I have at other shops.
