I absolutely LOVE Turner Kia in Harrisburg PA! Matthew Kates is the man to see for a positive, no pressure experience!

Unbelievable came in talked to manager salesperson & nobody knew the car the functions the packaging the pricing. Nobody had a clue about anything. They tried to sell me the car at MSRP with absolutely no realistic discount literally $7,000 more than other dealers.

Everyone was nice and helpful - they even washed and disinfected the front interior of my vehicle - thanks! Also, the job did not take as long as they had previously indicated - I did not mind - watched HGTV! Sue Wert

I really feel like Matthew and Mena bent over backwards to get me the car that I wanted at the price I could afford! Matthew was very personable and was even kind enough to let me drive me and my boyfriend home in the car I was financing, after he’d heard we took an Uber to get to the lot (he took the car back when he dropped us off, of course)! I was pleasantly surprised to get such kind and efficient service and couldn’t be more grateful to have such an awesome experience at this dealership. Will definitely spread the word about Matthew and Turned Kia to literally anyone who will listen!

One is the worst car buy experience in my life.zero Customer satisfaction. The sales didn’t clearly explain the total price. When I sign the the paper work the price went up by $1200.

Probably one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had! My saleswoman, Brittany, made it painless and actually fun. Super professional, honest and friendly. She knows her stuff. I was upfront about my credit being so-so, affordable finances and she was still able to get me what I wanted at a good rate. I would definitely return to the dealership and especially her for help. Very glad we stopped in.

Have been doing business with them for 10 years. Service Department is good. Shuttle service is dependable. Sales Department bears watching. READ THE FINE PRINT! Do not rely solely on what the salesman tells you.

Pay for parts that are then not installed. Service doesn't call back when they say they will. Very disappointing. Not a good place to go.

I can't speak for service, but on the sales side, Brandt is the man! He's a no pressure sales guy, down to earth and knows his stuff. I met a ton of sales people over the course of the week and a half I was looking into buying and Brandt from Turner was the easiest to work with. Go see him!

Turner Kia, was one of the best experience in any Car dealership around the area, I have a cero credit history and they were able to successfully approved me for a 2018 Kia Forte, they work hard to get me in that car, they are very willing to help you, never pressure you or go over your decisions, very respectful team, If you go there ask for Mena, he will definitely help you and respect you, everyone is so nice in there! %100 recommended!

Parts department on top of it. Called asking for a sensor, not only did he help me narrow down which one I needed but after me hanging up saying I'm going to look around. He saved the sensor on the desk along with all info just incase I showed. Well done
