Twelve Trees Apartments & Townhouses

Twelve trees is a horrible, horrible place to live. Severe black mold all around. Roaches, no work or updates done the whole 14 years we lived there. None of the staff was friendly. Manager aloud people to dry clothe on grass. People sitting on curbs around the cars and would not move from near parking spaces. No lawn maintenance. Paint chipping off front of many townhouses. Doubled rent during pandemic. They left hole in ceiling after it fell in for over a month. Staff was down right lousy. Do not, do not move in there you will suffer and regret it!

Trash everywhere! Buildings need to be torn down at this rate. We are dreading the April showers because that's when you get rain indoors. No working security lights. I doubt the so called care taker lady does any walk throughs in the complex. She will only drive by to place rent envelopes on your door and run off to avoid meeting the renter! Maintenance is so backed up. They will show but weeks after you report a problem. Roaches! Mice! Oh Jesus!

Had 2 family members who lived there & the place is a mess. Apsrtments are nice on the inside until u turn off the lights. Roaches everywhere u report It & that come exterminate your apt but not the whole row. The exterminator told them both that they were not the cause if the roaches that they will continue to see the roaches until the whole building gets vex terminated.the balcony could never be utilized because it was so dry rotted from the rain it was caring in in the center and as told it would be fixed and never was. When it rained hard it would look like Niagara falls pouring off the roof into the balcony. The foreigners were everywhere walking around hanging clothes everywhere. The outside of the buildings need power washed they look filthy. I saw projects that looked better than that place.they should be ashamed to charge people 1000 to live there. Years ago ztwelve trees was a prestige place to live now it looks like a dump.save your money & don't move here because you will live with roaches & nice & a bunch of foreigner sitting in the grass & walking everywhete. They should get zero stars they need tore down

I currently live here, quiet no issues with that everyone minds their business and friendly, maintenance is a little slow on repairs, and the turnover for help changes very often. The buildings are very old and outdated not insulated so your heating and ac bill will be high. I only gave it 3 stars due to the condition of the building and upkeep of the property it needs upgrading for the price your paying. Otherwise, Its a ok place to live

If I could go less than one star I would. Only lived there a year, overcharged the rent if you ask me. $1140/month for a 40 year old glorified apartment. Landlord was rude, 9 out of the 10 neighbors I had spoke no English. Something tells me these people dont work either because their cars are always in the parking lots, they're always roaming the streets and dont seem to care what's going on. The only good thing about this place that warrants a star is the maintenance. Everytime I've called them, emergency or not, they've been there in a heart beat and fixed the constant issues that have plagued these buildings such as a toilet exploding, a leaky pipe that caved in part of a ceiling and utilities that randomly stopped working.
