Went to the Christmas dinner get together tonight. The staff worked really hard. Everyone was in a good mood really appreciated all the hard work and the good food from the cook and the service. Really enjoyed my time there. Thank you. Have a good night.

Place is bad for business. I should've just chose a manufacturing company, retail/department store or fast food chain instead of this dump. I am from a racist state and to deal with these clowns was definitely a loss I took of my time in general. Nobody has time for that-Go talk to God if you have a problem with His other creation that has and wants nothing to do with you. Being falsely accused when I have no fear or problem admitting anything is a big thumbs down and the gang ups and stalking, the harassment was very overwhelming and so bad I was glad to leave that place leading a smoke trail elsewhere to a better place to give my all and work extra with an actual team and team leader. The distress this job caused was a catalyst for the establishment of better everything and I wouldn't recommend anyone's family or employment here.

Do not send anyone you care about here. Lets start with appearance. From the outside, it looks well maintained. Upon approaching the facility you can smell feces and urine, and the odor becomes more unbearable once you enter the front doors. The front entrance, good luck trying to get someone to let you in or out. All of the carpeting and tile amongst the building is stained and dirty. The walls and ceilings have spots all over where the roof is leaking that they just patch and paint over, so I'm sure there has to be mold. The rooms are dirty and at most the only thing they do to clean them is take out a garbage bag. Most of the staff (other than a select few) are rude and lazy and will let your loved ones sit there and suffer. They're just there for a paycheck. They would rather let you lay in bed until you no longer have the strength to walk so they don't have to do rehab with you anymore. They let you lay in soiled sheets and couldn't be bothered to change you causing recurrent uti's and various infections. And good luck getting a shower or washed up they don't have time for that. My grandma was covered in bruises from how rough they were with her when they did have the time to change her. "Investigations" were opened but of course nothing founded. Your food? Who knows when you're going to get it next and if it's even edible, but it will surely always be cold. And if you struggle to feed yourself, the staff is annoyed they have to help you or they just take your tray. My grandma had her cellphone stolen within a week of being there, clothes, and any gifts she was given. Any time she got something she was so scared it would get stolen she slept with it in her arms under her covers. The goal of her being in that home was to help her get better so we could bring her home, and because of the neglect and poor treatment of Twin Lakes, we don't have that option because she is no longer with us. You'd receive better care in a prison. They don't care about anything but taking your money.

Wonderful staff who took excellent care of my husband. When my car broke down I wasn't nervous about not seeing him every day because I knew he was in good hands. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because of laundry that went missing but not completely their fault I typically did my husband's laundry so his name wasn't on his clothes but being broken down I was unable to get to him to do them myself. The food was decent but the staff once again were super sweet and caring. The physical therapy people were excellent and their facility clean. Also the residents weren't treated like captives and had the ability to go outside in a nice area to enjoy the weather on their own if they are able. I highly recommend this facility.

My grandfather spent 4 days there and says it was the worst 4 days of his life. He is convinced they were purposely trying to kill him because nothing else makes sense as to why he was treated so poorly. He was not allowed to leave his bed but they wouldn't come to take him to use the bathroom and left him for over 4 hours in soiled sheets. He never had one single meal that wasn't ice cold and they treated him like a prisoner. My dad had to break him out of there because he couldn't stand to be there one minute longer. My grandfather is a kind, intelligent, and very patient man. If he is this passionate about how awful this place was, believe me, anyone else will find it abhorrent. Do not send anyone you care about here, it will be a traumatic experience for them as well and people who need to be in these kinds of facilities need MORE than normal care, not ridiculously less. He's still so upset about his experience there he gets tears in his eyes when he talks about it.

I have been employed at Twin Lakes for 6 years. I retired in 2021 but I'm still here working 64 hrs every 2 weeks sometimes more. I enjoy my job and I have a special bond with thee residents. My goal is to make them smile from day to day as much as I can.

Residents cannot even get anybody to come in to take them to bathroom to waited over two hours for some one to come in to help them.the place is not even clean the food is sucks terrible. Was on phone with karen after me calling and someone came in the room and was yelling at her about me calling. No person should be yelled at by any employees. Or should have to wait for hours to use bathroom. It is not her fault you are under staffed. When there is two sometimes three nurses seating at the desk. It should be team work. Aids try to be every where but cant be understand but when you see others sitting it upsetting.

Edited to add: Twin Lakes isn’t the Twin lakes I reviewed a couple years ago. The administrator retired and while they have a new administrator in place he doesn’t seem to mesh with staff. It’s very tense and uncomfortable there (grown woman made to cry daily) Staff are made to feel bad and as if their job is at stake if they don’t come in on there scheduled off PERSONAL time to cover shifts (doesn’t matter the dept, a warm body is a warm body). It’s very unsettling how the staff are being spoken to and treated and threatened (to keep their job if they don’t do what is asked including working all week then being told your plans mean nothing for YOUR time off and you’re expected to come help whatever dept they need a body) The way they’re going about things seems wildly inappropriate and illegal. And the residents are the ones suffering. Very disheartening
There is no one in HR and even when there was staff and potential staff were being ignored and disregarded. Many of these issues have been brought up to corporate and it repeatedly falls on deaf ears.

I personally love working at Twin Lakes. My coworkers as well as the residents are family to me. Hr is always looking for fun ways to boost morale and make our work day the best possible. The administrator really turned this place around in the less than 2 years she’s been here. If you knew us as mtn view throw your preconceived notions out the window. Twin lakes is a way better place now!

I would never recommend this place.
I never heard of this place before, and will never forget this place. No one I care about will ever be taken there again. I won't go into details on what went on in there, but the 1 star, tells it all.

They never sent my check Twins Lake Rachel Bush was very rude about it when she was the last person with the the checks
I would not recommend this place to anyone your working for 4 people job because of no help. Worked 10 hours straight with no breaks should be ashamed and closed down

My father-in-law has been in there for 4 days and this has been the worst experience ever. He rings the bell and 2 hours later maybe someone shows up. He now has covid and now so do I from visiting visiting him. I call the facility and no one answers now for 8 hours. You need messages and no one called you back. He is going backwards instead of forwards as far as rehab. So disappointed and sorry we put him through this

They are really great. My
Mom has been their for only two days but, already I can see how wonderful they are. They take really good care of my mom. They keep checking on patients and if something does not look right on the patient they take care of it immediately
