Twin Ponds East reviews
19Love ice skating here! It is reasonably priced and a great place to practice and also make fun memories!
We recently played a sled hockey game here which was good except for lack of ADA wheelchair accessible bathroom stalls in main lobby and locker rooms.
Nice rink with two ice sheets and a "puddle". Lack of bathroom near the puddle was annoying. Staff seemed friendly and ice quality fine. Theft problems in parking lot but that happens at tournaments.
First time in a long time since I've been, still kept up with well and good to be back on the ice in a family friendly arena.
An amazing ice rink with one caveat: the vending machines will give you hell. Have a $5 dollar bill and feeling dehydrated? Sorry, but they only accept $1 dollar bills. That dragonfruit vitamin drink you want so bad will mock you. And no, your pockets don't have the solution buried deep within them. No amount of searching will save you. You are on your own.
Cool place 1st time there. And if you like or want to learn how to ice skate, this is the place to go. Go for kids and adults. Staff was and are very helpful. Just pay attention and have fun. I would most definitely go back again
Fantastic place for ice skating. You can skate for unlimited time for only 8 dollars. They accept debit/credit card but not apple pay.
Better rink than Klick Lewis. Also not as cold in there as some are saying. Plenty of bleacher seating for watching the game.
Great place to bring your children to learn how to skate. Over the holidays it can get really busy so plan accordingly.
Good ice for those who play hockey or just skate for fun. Clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.
I have a whole new respect for hockey and those that play it. If i had one complaint and i hate bringing it up but need more vending machines. Other then that 10 out of 10 everyday all year!
Great place, good open hockey on Friday nights. Great staff, decent shop.
Ignore the 1 star covid crazys reviews, come out have some fun and support a local business
During COVID, Twin ponds blocks the use of LiveBarn. TERRIBLE! Let’s keep spreading the germs. Irresponsible business owners!
Not compliant with any COVID restrictions. The rink was completely packed when I went on a Friday evening (2/5) and NOBODY was wearing a mask. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, the man said "oh yeah we can't really tell them what to do. " We left immediately. Completely unsafe. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
This rink says they participate with LiveBarn but have every session blacked out. Very disappointed.
Went to a Saturday evening public skate. Staff was friendly and kind and facility was clean. However, the music they played was disappointing: pretty quiet, contained ads between some songs, and the songs were not the clean radio edits of songs so there was some explicit language. Doesn't seem appropriate for the family atmosphere. Also, for the duration of the 1.5 hour session, they didn't zamboni the ice halfway through and the ice was soft so it was in rough shape by the end of the night.
Totally recommend this place. Fast ice & great competition! Masks everywhere. Can't figure out what people are saying. We will return.
Always so much fun skating with reasonable prices. My go-to for ice skating when outdoor conditions can't be met. It does get a little busy at times, but that just shows how popular this location is.
