Ed and the team at Twisted Cog do a fantastic job providing high quality service. I drive over 40 minutes to work with the shop because it is locally owned by people who ride bikes. Ed has been helping me with bike and product choices for over 10 years and has never steered me wrong. I especially enjoy working with Ed because he is an off-road rider (a very good rider I might add) and has first hand knowledge with the products he is selling. My wife and I have purchased 3 bikes, a bike rack, and various products over the past year. Everything was dialed and an awesome product. Our new bikes were thoroughly looked over and very well built. I was really impressed on my last visit as I was helped by literally every employee during my time there. Two employees both triple checked with me to confirm if my suspension was set up correctly before I left. The staff was also incredibly helpful educating me on the technology on our bikes. I had a number of questions and I received really good answers from multiple employees regarding the fancy new technology. We had a few orders that required communication and the team did great to keep us informed on ship dates and were always incredibly responsive. This level of service is hard to come by these days and it is well worth the trip to the shop.

Was here a month ago, and bought a rocky mountain c solo 50. Thing rides very nice… good experience buying from here. Big thanks to Pride for helping me out!

I’ve purchased three bikes now from this shop and they’ve earned my loyalty. They are almost an hour away but worth the drive. The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are great as is the selection. Most importantly though, everyone is friendly and welcoming.

I'm not sure what to make of this place, the reviews seem to indicate exceptional quality. However my first experience has been miserable.

I needed a new chain for my hybrid (since it was slipping under load). The person who assisted me said that they would also need to change my cassette, OK I get that. They then added in a 75 dollar basic service and found a couple more things to replace (cables, etc).

I spent over 200 bucks.

The first day I took the bike out for a long ride along the SRT. Within a few mins I realized the handlebar was misaligned, and my front breaks were rubbing. But here is the kicker.the front shifter came loose and I was stuck in the lowest gear 10 miles from home!

Did not expect all this the first ride after spending 200 bucks. The bike went into the shop perfectly, and came out with multiple defects.

Took it in the next day and the guy found a loose nut inside the shifter. He tightened it and sent me on my way. Whoever serviced the gear didn't put loctite blue or tightened the nut enough! A simple check would have saved me an hour of misery.

And oh by the way the screw that holds the shifter cover on has the screw head totally stripped, so if it needs to be serviced, it'll be hard to get the cover off. Again, seems like a rookie was given the task. And even if it was a mistake, it's visible to the naked eye, why wouldn't one just replace the screw?

But wait, the best is yet to come.

The next weekend I went out for a longer ride along the SRT. AND AN HOUR INTO THE RIDE THE CHAIN BROKE. The brand new chain they had just installed!

This time I had to call in a ride to get back home.

So in summary, my bike was fine, all I needed was a new chain. I spent 200 bucks. I got a broken chain, broken shifter and was stuck out on rides twice.

How are all the reviews so amazing?

Horrible experience. Got my bike patched but while talking to the staff they mentioned they take measurements to fit you for a seat, 'saddle', when yours doesn't fit right. We came back later same day to take him up on that - he immediately avoided seeing us, when finally another staff tried to help, he had no clue what we were talking about - the previous staff just lied to our face to embarass us. Will NEVER go back, you never know what is B. S. There was also a weird old guy (still chews tobacco? !) offered to help but didn't seem to know his way around the store much less any of the merchandise. Very weird and uncomfortable, on top of the completely unnecessary lies.

Fit and comfort were most important to me and Rocco delivered. He correctly determined my height just by looking, that's an expert. All my questions were answered (I had alot) and got some good tips on making my equipment last. Very good experience!

People here are amazing, they don't just sell bikes, they live bikes. They are especially great on getting mountain bikes that can take a pounding

The guy who talked to us about our bikes at pick up was super knowledgeable and friendly! Wish I knew his name, but he definitely made me feel good about getting to ride my new bicycle. I am super happy and would definitely recommend them!

Nothing but good experiences here and they went out of their way to help me with my derailleur the same day I brought it in!

A true mechanical wizard Rocco quickly diagnosed an issue with bearings that disintegrated, disassembled the crankset and repaired it. It was fun to watch Rocco work his magic.

We have visited multiple times for service, and each time we do, they treat us very well. They worked with us to find the ideal bike at the ideal price, and today I purchased a new bike. Blessed to have these men!

One of the best and largest bike shops I've ever been in is this one. They sell more expensive biking gear. This is not your typical bike shop or athletic goods store. Go here if you want a good bike. The staff was incredibly educated, warm, and pleasant to work with.

If you are looking for prototypical uppity two cool for skool bike mechanics, five stars for this place. This shop belongs in Denver Colorado with the rest of the angry bees well sram adjusted mechanical wizards.

This is the easiest shop for me to get to by bicycle. The location is fantastic, and so is their selection of bike brands. I stop by often when I am on the SRT, and everyone has helped me progress a lot as a rider. Twisted cog also has the best selection of bicycle gear. I have always found anything I have needed here! I bought my first bike and became a real cyclist at twisted cog!

We have been in several times for service and they always take great care of us. Today, I bought a new bike and they worked with us to find the right one at the right price. Lucky to have these guys!
