This is an amazing yoga studio. I wanted to have some me time to destress from a demanding career and graduate program. I started taking Yin Yoga classes. The instructor Chrissy is very kind and helpful. She helps a lot with feeling comfortable during the sessions. The other students create a welcoming atmosphere. If you never done yoga before, I highly recommend this yoga studio as they have a variety of classes and times to help with fitting your needs and the instructors are kind and caring.
