Woke up. Dry as a bone. What? Started to panic, called around, Gary picked up-!
Said he would be here, get me sorted, and that they did. Cold, dark, they knocked it out of the park! Lucky he’s local! Knowledgeable, kind, perfect.thanks Gary (and crew!)

Gary and his crew did a phenomenal job, drilling post holes for my building. Up most care in everything they do!

Great Service, always responsive and kept his appointments with us, which is very important because we live 2.5 hours away from that job site. His pricing was great and he got the job done within the time frame promised. I would use and highly recommend Tyler Pump and well over and over again! -

I had a problem with my well pumping muddy water. Tyler Pump & Well Services came and fixed it promptly. They flushed out the well and pressure tank. They are very knowledgeable and professional. If I ever have another problem with my well, I will definitely call them. I am very pleased with their work.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I can’t say enough about how good of a job Gary and his crew did replacing my well pump. We had our pump fail unexpectedly, called three different companies, and Gary got right back to me and was at my house first thing the next morning. They replaced my pump within hours, and treated my whole family with incredible kindness. Hands down the best pump/well service in NEPA! Highly recommended.

Disappointed. Gary answered initial call and said they could be out that day if needed. After this call I attempted to call back several times to schedule an appointment, no answer and no return call. My husband called and got us scheduled for a Saturday (today) 8: 30am. Around 9am, I called and left a message to see if they were behind or running late, no answer no call back. I also called again an hour later. Same. We specifically scheduled this time as we wanted to be present during the well pump install. Not professional service. I should have read the reviews better - my fault!

Never had a chance to use this business Gary initially answered my call set up an appointment to meet that following Saturday never showed up tried calling several times no answer the vm was full so I couldn’t leave a message called back hours later must have listened to his vm cause I could then leave a message but never even had the decency to return my call. I know I’m not the only one this happened to cause o read the reviews after the fact. So unprofessional

I can’t say enough positive things about Tyler Pump and Well. We just built a brand new house and they came out and drilled a new well for us right away. Unfortunately the well had a bad sulfur smell and the quality of the well was way below the Tyler standard so at no cost to us they drilled a brand new well. The new well has crystal clear water with no smell. They could have stuck us with the bad smelling well and then we would have had to install a costly water system but they didn’t. I would highly recommend this company as they stand behind their product.

I would highly recommend this company. After 2 other companies not being able to help us we called Tyler’s and they were here in an hours time. They pulled our piping, pump, and wires in no time. Replaced everything in a timely matter and had our water restored with very reasonable pricing! Definitely would refer them to anyone!
