18The girl who helped me with the paperwork was very kind and sweet. The gentleman who helped me check the truck back in was very helpful as well. All around great experience!
The equipment rental was excellent, but the young lady at the front counter, (there were two, so to be clear, it was the one with the tongue piercing), on the morning of 6-14-23 was rude. When my husband asked her to repeat the information she gave him, (because she rattled it off too fast and did not speak clearly) she gave him an attitude and started talking extremely slow like she was speaking to an infant. She was so disrespectful; I hope management will speak with her about her attitude towards customer service. Other than that incident, everything else was perfect!
I had a wonderful team that helped me got me in and out with no problems and I had Richard to finish everything off when I returned the truck. Thank you Richard for making me smile, you are the Best! From Rosa
This is the second time I have rented from U-Haul this year at this location. Very convenient - friendly and knowledgeable staff. They make the whole transition easy.
My truck was leaking. It leaked on my passenger, literally pouring.and on my furniture in the back of truck. I am very upset.
The process from beginning to end went smoothly. I had no issues and will use this location again when needed.
I believe her name was Casey.working the desk and had the unfortunate task of helping my boyfriend. He was not a pleasant customer. Casey never wavered, she took his rudeness with great restraint and professionalism. She is an absolute asset to your business and deserves a raise for what she deals with and the grace she has while dealing with it.

I rented a van online. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff who efficiently processed my check-in. The van was clean and in great shape. Returning the van was super easy. Again, a staff member quickly processed the return. I highly recommend this location.
After a lot of kerfluffle with corporate with rescheduling/finding a truck, I didn’t have high hopes. However, the rep who helped me via phone today seriously helped remove so much stress. I wish I could remember her name, but she helped me around 9: 30/10 AM today. She worked really hard to help me find something that worked for my move tomorrow. Seriously went above and beyond to be kind and compassionate, which is way more than I can say when talking with corporate customer service. Thank you for helping me- it seriously means the world.
Stopped here on our way to Rochester from NC because our trailer lights were out and the air in the tires felt low. Rich helped us out! Highly recommend.
Rented trailers from this place numerous times over the last few years. Will take my business elsewhere moving forward.
Got charged for two full days for returning my rental after hours. This has never been the policy in the past. Total scam take your business elsewhere.
I run a small moving business over the last 8 years and rented 1000s of Uhauls from inside the biggest and tuff city’s to the smallest of towns and this by far is the worse U-Haul as far as customer service for colored people I guess, and don’t have a problem or don’t agree with something as they block your account from renting in the future. I’ll stick to where I know to go when I have work in this town, sad
DO NOT GO HERE-RIP OFF! At the time of my rental last Wednesday, I did not have a cell phone. Read on the contract that if returning after hours a $20 convenience fee would be assessed since I could not do the check-in on my phone. I was okay with that. Returned the rental later that night-EARLY! -However instead of being charged the $20 convenience fee, they charged me for two days instead! Doubled my cost! Receipt says that I never returned it until nearly 10AM THE NEXT DAY? !? !? !? WHEN THEY KNOW I RETURNED IT THE PREVIOUS NIGHT! I called customer service who stated (after waiting on hold for what felt like forever) that the manager would be in contact with me. Well, the manager never contacted me.so ultimately, don't go here unless you want to be charged double because these folks don't want to do their jobs even for a reasonable fee.
Ordered a hitch from this location, I was billed 6/18 for hitch to be installed 6/22. Contact via phone 6/21 that they did not have the hitch. OK.been trying to contact Uhaul since then, finally got a human on the phone, they have the hitch but can not install until after 7/14. I needed this for a vacation. Ask for refund, unable to refund because they need to swipe my card to refund me? They want me to drive to their store so they can give me back the money I paid them for the service they did not render. I can't go to store because I would be rude to the employees. Told will send a check that will take about a week. I will be amazed if it makes it to me. I would avoid this location, not sure if it is bad management or incompetence but this is lame.
Paid for Hitch and installation in Early May. Hitch was Back Orderd. When it FINALLY Arived (May 20th.not dealers fault). You would have thought I would have top priority on installation time. NOT SO. Iwas schedule d a 4oo pm appointment ruined my Atv trip plans. Much Too Late in the Day. BEWARE. This faculty is Very Badly Managed. Doesn't even have the common curiosity to[ return Phone Calls. Better of$ going too PEP BOYS
Have been waiting for a hitch I ordered, over a week late, not a big deal. But recieved no calls to tell me it wouldn't be in and every time I call on hold for > 30 minutes. Impossible to get through to get any info. Email was sent from corporate office and still no response. Very frustrating.
