Set up the reservation online go to the store to pick it up the store is closed try to do the pick up reservation through the application and it will not allow you to pick up the reservation it won’t allow you to get past the pick up screen call U-Haul and they make me wait for an hour just to be transferred to another person with another hour wait time so essentially I paid for a 9 AM rental couldn’t even get to the rental and it is now 1030
