Jim was super awesome with me & amazing. Uhaul in Harrisburg was great but booked me a 24/7 access to his location when they shouldn't have. My reservation therefor did not show up at arrival. Jim fixed it for me early in the morning & saved the day! Thank you so so much! Kindness goes a long way & I really needed that right now during hard times. This experience stood out!

I dont bother going to any other location, because this one is simply the best. No hassle, professional, and knowledgeable. 10/10.

My experience with Market Motors was outstanding. The owner was helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to explain everything in detail. However when the truck broke down, and I called the U-Haul 800 number, (not the dealer where I rented the truck) the on line service was poor.
In fact 48 hours later and they STILL have not called me back to get me a replacement truck. My possessions were on my lawn with movers waiting to load a track that was towed away. The folks at the U-haul customer service never got me a replacement. Fortunately, I reached to the owner of Market Motors at his home by looking up his number. My experience with Market Motors was outstanding. The owner was helpful.courteous and went above and beyond to explain everything. I have rented tow dollies from uhaul more times than I care to remember and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had. I showed up, was hitched up and on my way in 15-20 minutes. Gentleman at the counter was friendly, professional, and knew what he was doing. Quality, Accuracy, and Quick. A very well earned 5 stars.

Jim was a pleasure to deal with. I usually do not post reviews, but he was so exceptional that I had to! He came in early to help us and was in early the next day to help another customer. He was truly wonderful.

Jim is knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. He called us personally to confirm our reservation. It is easy to get in and out of this location, even with a moving truck and trailer. Jim made sure we had everything we needed and was able to set up an extra day for our rental. Highly recommend this location!
