I’m unimpressed with the after hours pickup process that left me standing in dark 30 degree weather for half an hour in an area of questionable safety while waiting for my documents to be reviewed. I’ve rented from U-haul dozens of times and have plenty of customer history with them. There was no advanced notice of the additional documentation that would be required at pickup so I assumed my driver’s license and credit card would suffice. Luckily, I happened to have my passport on me (I usually don’t) but other documentation options were a signed residential lease or utility bill. Really? Does anyone just regularly carry these things on them? The U-haul app also would not allow you to access your camera roll, so you could not screenshot these items to upload them… you had to take a photo of a physical copy within the app. Ridiculous. As if that was not enough, U-haul reps called me even after receiving two forms of ID to request the name and number of a backup contact who had to be reachable by phone right then and there to finish my check-in process. I obviously would have made prior arrangements for a family member to be expecting this late night call if I had known what hoops I would have to jump through. My hands were practically purple by the time the app finally confirmed my check-in and I could barely get the lockbox open. Never again.

If I could give lest then that I would very nasty customer service ignored manger I almost slapped he’s face booked with customer service a ford transit van I came to them the next morning to pick up the car trying to give me gmc and I’m telling this is not what I booked that’s why I came to this location because they told me you have what I ask for start to be ignored with me then I course he’s live out just because he’s ignoring I really didn’t want to start my day like that but I do not recommend anyone to come to this location very very bad ….

The worst rental experience I’ve ever had.
I used their truck for only 5 miles and brought it back on time with the same level of gas. They overcharged me as I had used 6 gallons of extra gas. When I called them they said that they couldn’t do anything about it.

I was not fully informed that I would be charged for 17 miles for use of vehicle. The representatvivevdetermined I would only use approx 8 miles. I already paid 55 dollars plus I put the appropriate amount of gas back in the car, I will not use uhaul again due to false information.

Nicest and most helpful guys saved my day! Gave me great advice, helped me when I didn’t know i needed help, and didn’t mind my toddler getting into all their boxes.:)

Somebody wrongly used my account and my husband's account to make a purchase at this location. I got notified when an invoice got sent to my email under my husband's name. I called to get to the bottom of the issue and the person who answered was not only unhelpful, but chose to deflect from the subject by passing judgment on my driving habits instead of helping me to solve this case of potential identity theft. Will be talking to corporate and filing a police report for fraud.

Employees refuse to fill propane in rain, then states it’s company policy. Many calls and questions to corporate and local field operations managers later come to find Thats a lie. Must be nice managing a location and making up your own policy’s so you have to do less. Rained for the last 5 days. Guess they haven’t sold propane in almost a week.

Came in to pick up boxes for an upcoming move and also needed to inquire about truck sizes and pricing. Can’t thank Julian enough for his help! Even though it was busy when I stopped in he made sure to take the time to go over all of my options with me and was able to recommend an appropriately sized truck for me based off of the size of my place. Our move is still a few months out but I will definitely be returning once we’re ready to rent. Excellent service. I highly recommend this location for any of your moving needs.

I returned the truck after hours attempted to use the app/website because I have an account with them and it would not allow me to return it. Drop the keys to charge $20 convenience fee. How is that convincing for me? When I returned a truck 16 hrs early got them to have available. The individual at the location continue to tell me that I did not follow instructions. Management refunded addressed the issue but uhaul needs to take this erroneous fee off.

Very quick and efficient service, got a reservation in less than 10 minutes on the phone. Julian, the new GM took care of me and I couldn’t be anymore satisfied.

AWFUL SERVICE
WANTED A PROPANE TANK REFILL ON SATURDAY NIGHT AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE TOO BUSY AND TO COME BACK SUNDAY AND I WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF… ARRIVED THIS MORNING FOR PROPANE REFILL AND WAS TOLD THEY CANNOT DO IT ONCE AGAIN
WENT DOWN THE STREET TO LOCAL GAS STATION AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT AWAY……
WILL NOT RETURN

Very bad service. I asked him for a truck number 15, he said that he only has a size 20 and there is no gas and when I got out, I saw more than 5 trucks

Charged me 270$ instead of 67$.
Called 5 times, nothing done right
Calling my credit card now to dispute the transaction.

The employee Aaron did amazing job he stay late to finish up on my car and did everything in his power to make it happen I definitely recommend him to put in a trailer hitch

Store says open 7am. Its 9: 10am in the morning and store is not open. There's a huge line outside which delays my plans. I work today at 3pm and this deff affects my day. Hire me for $16-$18 hour and I'll be here and hour early everyday at 6am. Lazyness should not be tolerated in this situation when families have to move.

Prices seemed reasonable until we were hit with an extra charge for pre-existing damage AFTER buying the SafeMove protection. These people are scammers and the employee had audacity to LAUGH when told how much extra we were charged saying "That's the most I've ever seen them charge".

Uhaul has made our move an absolute nightmare. From giving us a damaged truck to then charging us for the pre-existing damage.

Had an 8 am appointment and when I got there, it was closed.the location was supposed to be open at 7am. No employee showed up until 9: 30. There was a line of angry customers, which was bad. I'll never use this location again based on the experience I had. I asked for some sort of compensation and was told the general manager would reach out, who has not as of yet. Very upset, do not go here.
