Built a new gaming PC and could not figure out why I couldn't get it running. Decided to take it to a professional to troubleshoot and Matt was a pleasure to work with. He explained what I should expect after dropping off my computer, and contacted me sooner than expected. Turns out I received a faulty CPU - I would have never found this out without Matt's help! Highly recommend U-neek!

These guys are AWESOME! We've had some issues with our Mac desktop which we had purchased from Best Buy. We had also purchased Geek Squad from Best Buy - which turned into a worthless steaming pile of.you get the point. The crew at U-Neek didn't just fix EVERYTHING, they did it quickly, calmly, efficiently and kindly. Highly recommend!

Had a GPU I was unable to open due to a severely stripped screw. Brought the card in for service and within 5 minutes they were able to fix the problem and find a suitable replacement. Highly recommend their quick and reliable service.

U-Neek installed a full network in our home including high speed modem, router, access points, and TV hook ups that all ties neatly together in an amazing self cooled IT rack that looks extremely professional and works perfectly. No issues at all so far in the first few weeks of use.

Our installer NickMcBrearty was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very helpful throughout the process. He really accommodated all our needs and did beautiful job with the installation.

Aaron Chuplis was great as well. He came out to thoroughly examined our project before giving excellent recommendations for equipment, service providers and a plan to install.

I was having trouble with my computer crashing and freezing. The staff made me feel comfortable that they would take care of it and in the next couple days and BAM theres my device in perfect condition! No more freezing or crashing! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would do it with ease. I came in with a unique issue with problems with my motherboard that ended up also affecting my CPU. After 2 months of dealing with the manufacturers warranty’s they were finally able to fix it and were extremely helpful and supportive along the way. I will never go to another place, Matt you are the man!

I had a 7 year old laptop that was on it's last leg. The crew at U-neek didn't just point me in the right direction of a replacement laptop, but was able to get all of my files from the old one and transfer EVERYTHING over to the new one. I’m sure this may sound like a paid ad, but it truly is not. “U-neek” definitely sums up my experience. I first went to U-neek in November 2020; I needed something fixed ASAP. Mike M.was so patient with me and listened to ensure he understood my problems. When I went to pick up my laptop there was a misunderstanding I had about the cost; the owner, Anthony, spoke with me in person and even offered to not charge me! Anthony told me that my return and happiness was more important than them getting paid that day. WOW. I happily paid as it was truly a misunderstanding on my part. Fast forward to last week, I called U-neek again with another issue; Mike helped me troubleshoot over the phone and it ended up being something that I could fix. This company is reliable, trustworthy and sincerely does care about the customers. Thank you so much for everything.
