I honestly can’t think of anything nice to say about them from poor customer service to dismissive attitude and worse

Leading the autonomous charge into our future! Note that Uber ATG employs people directly, unlike their competitors who rely mainly on contractors. Hence why Uber ATG is picking up so many new employees from the likes of Waymo and Cruise.
Terrible culture, let’s be honest. Selfish, arrogant and really unprofessional management when it comes to dealing with people from outside. Bitter experience of communicating with Marc, Lance Azzato, HR; very disrespectful and unprofessional communication, bad attitude, nasty manipulations. Better avoid this place despite all of the high tech glamour.
This company has the worse customer service ever. I’m not a complicated person but this company just stole from me 300.00 dollars on fees that I did not even owned. They didn’t even bother in investigating what happened. There is no way to contact a person who can really talk and give explanation. Very sad I advised everyone to use lyft instead to avoid headaches.

Wonderful facility. I had no idea how close it was to everything but they do a good job keeping everything secluded. No cameras allowed and you have to sign a non disclosure agreement so I can't say much about the place other than that they have wonderful facilities.
