My Galaxy Note 10+'s back glass adhesive failed and I was looking on their website, expecting around $100 of repair cost to replace either the back glass, or some component inside while also getting the back glass reattached.

I stopped by today, planning on just getting a quote, and before I realized it, the lady at the front desk already had the back glass on my phone reattached! (though disclaimer on the speed of repair, I did clean the old adhesive off before coming in, as I wanted to DIY the repair but failed) She said they had a spare piece of seal kit around so they performed the repair for free.

Super thrilled to have my phone back to waterproof within a matter of minutes, without having to go through Samsung's whole diagnostics process that I thought needed to be done for all repairs. Definitely recommend on stopping by for Samsung phone repairs as they are the authorized repair partner, and for simple issues they may even have some quick fixes in store.

Ericka is the office manager and is very unprofessional as well as unusually angry. It’s like she hates her job and doesn’t want to properly assist you so instead she would rather argue. She quoted me a price of $99.00 plus tax but once I came to pick it up the rep Lane states it’s $153.00. This place is a scam don’t go here BE AWARE.

Even though Erika wasn’t able to get my data off the motherboard of one of my old phones, she did recommended people who could. So the mission wasn’t what I’d call a failure.

I was helped by Erika and had a great experience. Very fast turnaround time and good service.

My phone wasn't charging and i thought i needed a new phone i made an appointment and within seconds she knew it just needed cleaned! Wow right! Within 45 minutes my phone was finished and cost me only 60 dollars! I highly recommend using their services i have a few other electronics that use some tlc and i know just where im going!

The port on my samsung galaxy was not charging.
Erica was knowledgeable and kind, and offered to clean the phone and had a port ready in case mine needed replaced.

I don't almost ever post reviews, but I can honestly say today was *the worst* experience I've ever had at a cell phone shop.

I had a phone repaired A32.and the repair cost me more than the phone itself. (for a cracked screen and back)

Furthermore. When I got to the shop at my estimated pick up time, 310. (4 hours after drop off), I was told they couldn't figure out my grid password and that it would be 10 more minutes.

At 345, I've been in the shop now for 45 minutes, they tell me their Samsung system is down and it will be another 30 minutes.

I go home and an HOUR later, they email me that it's finally done.

I. Come back to pick it up promptly, walk out of the door and the back of the phone falls halfway off within 15 feet of the store.

I have to walk back and get it glued back on.

It takes 15 more minutes. No honest apologies, no discounts, no offers. Nothing.

No more than a quiet monotone sorry as the clerk was walking away

Over the moon about the price of this repair, the lack of professionalism, and quality of repair I received.

Never again and I'm going to let my friends know it!

At least at att&t, I know my repair is complete, my data is safe, and phone comes back fully charged.

Ubreakifix is amazing! My iPhone screen was totally cracked and after replacing the screen, my phone looks good as new! Erika was so friendly and helpful throughout every step. The whole process only took 30 minutes.definitely recommend!

They should call this place "WeBreakUFix".

I took my iPhone 12 Pro Max in because I had broken the BACK glass (not the display, to be clear).

When I came to pick it up, the tech showed me that someone had "put it on the machine wrong" and scratched the FRONT screen/display. Understandably, I was upset but I was cool about it because he said they'd replace the screen for free. Seems fair enough. I come back and get my phone and everything seems cool.

A month later, the screen is literally caving into the phone when you put the smallest amount of pressure towards the top. Sometimes when I touch the phone my gestures aren't even recognized. So I take it back in.

At this point I'm asking to be compensated for the phone so I can be done with this place, but the tech convinced me it could be fixed. He takes it back in and "reapplies the adhesive" and I get my phone back for now the THIRD time.

And guess what? IT'S EVEN MORE BROKEN NOW! I can no longer press and hold or scroll through apps smoothly without the phone jumping around and the screen is still caving in at the top.

I thought this place was legit, I could not have been more wrong. If you have an iPhone do not take it here, go to the Apple store.

Expensive, but quick. Also they insist on having your unlock code and you aren't allowed to be present when they use it
