Took my sons I phone 11 for new battery on Christmas eve day. Employees professional and informative. Phone was fixed in 2 hours. Awesome experience. Highly recommended.

My iPhone 8+ needed a new battery. I booked an appointment on line, showed up on time, got a quote, and authorized the work. Two hours later I picked up my phone. It was that easy!

One of the controllers for our new PS5 had a button that was stuck in the down position. I took it to Best Buy because we have the total tech plan, but they weren’t able to help us. I tried a bunch of times to request a repair from Sony, but the website would never work, and there’s no phone number for them. I watched a YouTube video on how to take it apart and fix it ourselves, but it was super complicated. I took it to GameStop to trade in and buy a new one and he suggested I take it around the corner to Ubreakifix. Ragnar took it into the back and returned with it completely fixed after about ten minutes. I wasn’t expecting it to be so simple, and I’m really glad that I stopped by. Normally repairs on things like that run around $50 but since it was such a quick and easy fix, I only was charged $15

Friendly tech and answered all my questions quickly and accurately and fixed my Iphone quickly!

They never answer the phone. And when the do they pick up and hang up. I called 3 times because my phone was fixed by them in July and it’s October and my phone screen isn’t going dark while holding to your ear. My screen cracked and the was still under warranty. I will never spend any money here again.
They charge too much to begin with and take way too long to fix it.
