UGG King of Prussia

They sold me used Uggs. I just purchased 2 pairs last Thursday, noticed the sole, and front had noticeable wear. I will be returning.

Took us 50 minutes to find the store because the employees thought the store was on another floor.

Took 6 calls the first 40 mins of the store to open for someone to answer the phone. But Brian was helpful when he answered my final call!

Customer service was terrible. Both the male and female employee had a miserable attitude.

Came here at 5pm for the store to be closed.
Another person at the stand across from the store told me the doors will be open at 6pm. Still waiting and nothing. Multiple people tried opening the door and it’s locked. What type of business is this? Missing out on possible sales.

Not sure how anybody could complain about the customer service. Cheryl was friendly and extremely helpful with finding the right shoe. She answered a million questions and was very friendly the entire time. Thank you Cheryl!

Do not buy shoes here in case you need to return. We bought boots and the first time my foot went in the show, it ripped on the back / heel part of boot. We were told to call customer service and they said to send them back but WE would need to pay. So I paid $200 for boots that were defective and I need to pay to get them replaced? Why can't I just bring them back to the store for a replacement? Unbelievable. You would never think this is the policy of a high end retailer, but it is! Good luck

The store is supposed to open at 11 AM. It’s 11: 15 on Sunday February 11th and they’re not open yet. Several customers have tried the door and left. They’re losing business.

Unprofessional employees, very rude, I asked the lady if they had different size of boots that I was looking at and she said all the sizes they have is out on invertory and went back grabbed different shoe charged me for that, u should just buy it from different stores
