Called to switch account to my name at my address for almost a year and just had been threatened by last tenant to shut off in ten days on me and my kids and woman treated me incompetent and was cutting me off everytime I tried explaining situation

Shady company. Their budget plan seems nice, but is designed to slowly make you more and more in debt to them. Do not recommend.
