Terrible customer service, told me no one was home when I was home; no door bell ring or phone call, rescheduled me without notifying me. Now I’m out of gas for 3 more days and no help at all. Monopoly on gas supply in this area, so you have no choices.

These people overcharged me for gas I have at a vacant property. No one is useing the gas. So thay are charging me for what thay think I should be useing. Trying to call them is a nytemare.
