Ulta Beauty, Stroudsburg PA

Recently moved to PA and my hair stylist I have loved is back in NY about 3 hour drive now. I went to a few places put in PA and no one listened to me or wowwwwwww'd me. Booked Charlene because I wanted to go on a Sunday and she had availability. Thank goodness I found her. She does beautiful highlights and is very detail oriented even with blowouts. I will not be going elsewhere going forward for my hair.

I booked this salon for a blowout and formal style a couple months before an event because it was close to my hotel. The weekend before, I get a voicemail stating that they don’t know how to do formal styles so I call back and ask them to just change it to curls. I was getting my makeup done right after and not many salons were open early or this close to my hotel. My stylist rushed and was done in about 30 minutes. I don’t even think she curled all of my hair and/or didn’t use enough product to help it hold. To top it off she gave me the wrong receipt to scan at the front where I was almost charged over $200. The only positive experience I had was the girl helping me check out was nice and helped fix the mistake.

I’ve been going to Ulta Beauty Salon to have my haircut, treatment and highlights. I always go to Charlene every-time. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. One thing I like about her is she listens about what I want and her approach is very conservative when it comes to treating your hair. I’m always a happy and satisfied customer every time she’s taking care of my hair. One of a kind and truly a gem. My hair is way much healthier now thanks to her for taking really good care of me.

I can’t say enough about Amara who went above and beyond to educate myself and my daughter about skin care and make up products. Making decisions about what products to use was so much easier because of your knowledge. Thank you for making us feel special.we look forward to coming back

Last week i went there for a haircut.i made an appointment and there was no waiting time.they were very professional.the stylist was super nice and did a great job, i got exactly what i asked for and felt very comfortable.my hair looked better than ever.i'm definitely coming back!

Kristen is amazing best stylist! She is now stuck with me! I got to speak to the mangers and the customer service is amazing! The salon was not super busy so I got to chat with a few stylists felt like I was talking to friends! I really feel like they care about you leaving happy and will do anything to make an issue right! I loved shopping in the store before this now I love getting my hair done there. My hair was damaged and looked awful before Kristen. I think she might have a magic wand hidden somewhere since it now looks AMAZING!

Amara Germanton is an amazing makeup artist/ stylist. She did my hair and makeup at Ulta today for a photo shoot. I loved the results…. She made me look like a goddess! I would recommend her to anyone wanting to feel more confident about themselves. <3 She was also the kindest makeup/hair stylist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting!

I had a wonderful time! I wish i would have got the name of the employee that helped me, she was amazing. I obviously had no clue what i needed, or where to start. But she was fun, kind, and extremely helpful. She never made me feel stupid for not knowing just guided me to the right decision. Great service like this will for sure bring me back!

They didn't have my shampoo on sale this week but I'll get it next week when it's on sale

Purchased it and picked it up from the store. The lady asked me to check my item before confirming it to avoid any issues. Don’t pull a me and check for the right color and right brand. I wish i checked inside the box because I DIDNT USE IT YET AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS USED MANY TIMES.i think i got a tester bottle actually. I felt violated but at the same time i was defeated since I should’ve checked the bottle but i wasn’t expecting them to do something so grimy. Make sure to check your items fully before you take the stuff with you.

Love Ulta! It is the Mecca of beauty stores. Sephora is nice but Ulta has everything from high end beauty to drug store makeup and everything in between. They even have Korean skin care, which isn't easy to find unless you go online. Shelves are always fully stocked and the sales people are helpful and knowledgeable.

Allie is an eyebrow waxer, eyelash applier, & SO MUCH MORE! She is a licensed esthetician & she is amazingly talented! She has done my eyebrows (waxed, plucked, tinted, & shaped VERY NATURALLY)! She also applied false eyelashes. Not only was it painless, but, it came out GORGEOUS! She talks you through the proccess & makes you feel so comfortable! You can most definitely trust her! She is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & SUPER PLEASANT! Ulta is HEAVEN! They had EVERYHING I NEEDED & SO MUCH MORE! THEY ALWAYS HAVE TOP-OF-THE-LINE PRODUCTS THAT NOT ONLY LOOK AMAZING, BUT, ARE MADE RESPONSIBLY.

Pleasant enough. Found the prices to be comparable to drug stores and Target. Congenial staff.

I love this store! Always clean and well stocked. Employees are super friendly and very helpful. There's so many choices!

Was not happy with the selections of men's facial hair products. Why would I spend a small fortune on a product on my face, yet not be allowed to smell the product to see if I like it or not? I can't in good conscience spend that sum of money on something and not know how it smells before I exit the property.
