The general manager Steven was such a great help. I was looking for products for my face. He was so knowledgeable and patient. Everything I bought turned out exactly like he said. The team there are always great and friendly.

My daughter got her hair cut and colored at Ulta in York, pa. She has long thick curly hair and wanted it trimmed and colored. Showed a picture of the look she wanted. She came home with about 5 inches cut off. She got the curly cut.a special cut I suppose for curly hair? It had layers on top and was thinned out on the bottom so was way top heavy. She was mortified. Can't post a picture because she isn't done crying yet! She saved up for months, excited for the service.and now it'll be months till it can be fixed.

Stephanie was my stylist. She gave me an awesome cut and we had great conversation, too. Would highly recommend.

Tiffany was VERY helpful! I knew/know nothing about makeup and she pointed me in the right direction and knew a lot about makeup! Thank you Tiffany, I appreciate it!

I needed help buying make-up for a funeral. I don't often wear make-up and they were a huge help. Missy specifically made herself completely available to help me. Considering they don't get commission, I found this to be extraordinary! Customer Service can be very lacking in many stores these days. Thank you for all your help.

My daughter had an appointment at the Salon at Ulta in Lebanon yesterday to have her hair done for a softball banquet that we attended yesterday evening. We were 100% happy with the job Stephanie did! My daughter and I scheduled the appointment online several days prior and it was easy and convenient. The salon area is very clean and organized. My daughter is usually extremely picky and hard to please but for once she absolutely loved her hair! Stephanie was very friendly, polite, and she listened to exactly how my daughter wanted her hair and it looked amazing. This salon is a little farther from my house than the one we used in the past but the results are worth it. I would definitely recommend Stephanie and this salon!

I have been shopping at this Ulta a lot lately. Personally their are a few people that work there that just simply have horrible customer service and they definitely should NOT be working with customers. Now with that being said let's move on. I went in the other day to return products from that said person helped me find. Well as I was shopping I found someone else who was SO helpful. She was new there and I wish I could remember her name. But she helped me find Not your mother's curly hair products and a few other things.
I went in the next day hoping that she was working but unfortunately she wasn't because I wanted to show her how my hair turned out with the new product. P.s it turned out amazing.
Maybe it's just me but I feel like in order to work at ulta I think you should have some kindof makeup knowledge or hair knowledge or even a license in that field. Just saying.

The checkout girls at the Lebanon store are rude and lack any kind of customer service Went in to pick up an online order and went to the pick up counter Girl at register totally ignored me I asked if I could get my order She said she would be with me next then continued to ignore me Second girl arrived at register and I asked again can I pick up my order The girl said yes then continued to ignore me Finally a third girl arrived and handed me my bag Why this one girl was so opposed to taking three steps and handing me my bag I don't know but she definitely needs an attitude adjustment I will never shop again at this location

Store is gr8 but that manager is very rude to her coworkers not sure her name seems like the general boss makes it uncomfortable to shop in that environment

Got my hair cut by Siobhan and this is probably one of the few times I’ve walked away from a cut and actually LOVED it. Usually it’s just a little too short, not texturized enough, etc, but she walked me through the entire cut, and it came out perfectly!

Very rude employees I understand covid crazy people. But wouldnt help or direct to where the products were. But employees can be hugging each other. Checked me out and the one girl said dont come back. All cause I cant wear a mask cause of medical reason.

Stephany is a hair goddess! She is truly incredibly talented. I love my hair and it’s becoming so healthy. Amazing salon. I won’t go anywhere else!
