Employees are super nice and always help me find what I’m looking for! They always have what I need and if they don’t, they’ve helped me find it at another store or let me know when they’d be getting more in

Pretty airy store, clean and bright, good return policy for unliked products. Cons: Expensive, smell of cosmetic chemicals very difficult to find parking in cramped, crowded small lot.

Got my haircut. Was matched for skin car color and very happy with the product reccommended

Mother was injured by the door at this store. Asked employee to file an incident report. Employee refused to and was disrespectful to wife and mother.

Came to buy some replacements and get my bday gift. It was very early in the month (June) so one would think they would still have bday gifts they advertised and sent multiple e-mails about. It was supposed to be Lancôme night crème.

2 very young and very bored sales assistants were too busy chatting instead of helping a customer when I came up to the register. They looked at me annoyed, turned away to finish their chat (not work related). When they were finally done and ready to help me, they said their store is out of Lancôme crème, but they can give me something else instead. Already out of crème, a couple days into new month? Fine, no biggie, it’s a free gift after all.

Salesperson gave me IGK charcoal detox dry shampoo. I was actually excited to try it since it’s pricy to buy full size and find out the product is so so or simply as good as cheaper brands, but if trial size worked great, I would invest in a full size- always on the lookout for a good dry shampoo.

I saved it to use during vacation, but was utterly disappointed - not in the product- I wasn’t able to try it at all, but in the service.
First of all when you shake it, the product is not even half full (maybe quarter full?).
Most importantly, the sprayer does not work no matter how much I try.
When I opened it, you can see residue on the inside of the cap- must be a used product.
It must have been a return or something because of malfunctioning and then sales associates decided to give it to a customer as a “birthday gift” for daring to distract them from their conversation.

Overall, it was a good chance for IGK to get a new customer, but between rude sales associates at Ulta and malfunctioning sprayer, I’ll hold off.

My 91 year old Mom decided after all these years that she wanted some sort of foundation to even out her skin. We decided to try Ulta. How fortunate that we found Mary Kate at Warrington whose sweet disposition and helpful nature not only made Mom feel comfortable but helped us choose the best options for Mom. There was no pressure to buy more than what she needed or wanted, which actually made Mom feel Mary Kate was a great listener. We left elated with our products! Thank you, Mary Kate, for making Mom feel more beautiful.:)

The vibes in the store were very welcoming, they had a ton of different products in stock all with testers, the employees were helpful and knowledgeable about products, and online pickup was quick and easy!

Madison was so nice and helpful! She was very patient with me and gave me her full attention whenever I needed help with anything!

My friend and I came here for a nice outing since we love ULTA. We’ve been to numerous ones and have NEVER experienced the amount of disrespect we experienced today. The staff was very very rude towards us, and told us that we couldn’t make purchases until we put our phone numbers in for rewards and extra points. They tried to trick us into signing up because they thought we were uneducated and too young to understand. We said no to signing up multiple times, and they still ignored our responses and embarrassed us in-front of other customers, and even went as far as to taking other customers instead of my friend (who was already at the register) just because she didn’t want to sign up. Overall, I was very unhappy with this experience especially when we were polite to them, and they were extremely arrogant. Horrible staff and we will not be coming back.

Very bad customer service i was yelled at for not putting in a phone number and then publicly shamed for it by middle aged women while with my friend.should be fired

Love this store! Always clean and organized, and the employees are super nice and go above and beyond to help you if you need it.

I went to this location on a Sunday morning and the three women working in the morning were extremely unfriendly and rude. I had to call corporate on them, as they would not provide me with the free tote after spending $100 on perfume. The deal says you only need to spend $65. I will make the drive to another location before stepping foot in here.

Sandra was very knowledgeable and professional and had me looking fabulous! Had many compliments about my eyebrows and I felt quite beautiful!

I usually go to the Ulta in Langhorne about once a month. Today I went to the store at the Valley Square Mall. Big mistake! As I walked in to the store was greeted by an associate showing me products that were 50% off. I picked up 2 items I was interested in purchasing and asked if I could use my coupon towards this purchase, she said yes. I then picked up 2 more products. When I went to pay I was told I couldn't use the coupon towards anything I was buying. I was told in a very arrogant tone that I need to read the coupon before making purchases. I told them to cancel the purchase and walked out of the store.

Some people aren’t over 18. They think every single kid that walks into the store is gonna steal. They followed me around the store the whole time I was shopping, and I felt very uncomfortable. I was hinting that I didn’t like being followed and yes I should have said something but they shouldn’t be following me anyway. Then they inspected my friends 100$ bill thinking it was fake just because of our age.
