I recently had an experience where I realized an item was missing from my bag and was nowhere to be found in my car. While not a huge deal since it was only $5, Lauren was extremely helpful throughout the entire situation. When I called the store to see if I had left the item behind, Lauren was very polite over the phone and checked both the checkout area and video footage for me multiple times. I’m very grateful for her assistance, especially as she did not have to go as above and beyond as she did.

Helpful staff that's understanding, had an issue with an allergic reaction to a cologne and they were more than helpful when it came to returning it and giving advice on other scents to consider will be back overall turned a nightmare into a pleasurable experience A+

Staff was very friendly and was super helpful:)! Immediately accommodated our needs and answered our questions. Olyvia seemed a bit rushed and acted a bit rude, hopefully the other workers will cheer her up with their positive attitudes

Loved it! Found everything my daughter needed for beauty school then my wife's favorite perfume for Valentines day on Saona Island in the Dominican Republic via Our first helicopter ride together.

Connor is AMAZING at coloring hair, cutting hair, and restoring damaged hair! FABULOUS at blow drying n styling wow so happy he is here an that I can leave beautiful!

After searching the internet looking for a salon for a couple of weeks I ran across a very friendly and polite young lady by the name of Juanita. I explained that I was new to the area and state. She invited me to this establishment. Upon arrival I explained what I needed done and she says yes I understand what you need. I was VERY please with the outcome of my hair. I came back, same experience. But what I didn't like was the very thick atmosphere of something in the air among staff. You could Cleary feel like something wasn't right. I like feeling comfortable where I spend my dollars. Some of the staff speak and some don't. That's not good. Also, when i got ready to come back for my 3rd appointment, I find my hairdresser is no longer there. Very disappointing to know as she appereared to be the only one there with knowledge of AA hair. And knowledgeable about the hair that's natural. It would help to have someone that does this. The younger generation can't grasp that concept or don't want to. I will not be returning. Btw, it was not a short drive either.

Purchased a waterline pencil from this location yesterday… upon opening this product when I got home I noticed it had been used… as a former employee at a different location years ago I am disgusted that they don’t check the products on their shelves.will not be returning to this location again.

The store itself is ok, otherwise I’d give one star. I will not use the salon again for cut and color services. I went here during the spring and had my hair done by Alyssa. It looked great in the store. I loved the color, picture attached. However, once the curls were out, I realized I hated my haircut it was too short. My hair was always in the way and falling out of clips and hair ties which I attributed to layers and length I felt like I couldn’t get it fixed because it’d be shorter than it currently was.

Fast forward to now, I went for a haircut elsewhere and the stylist looks at my hair and says “uh who cut your hair” as she lifted my hair up in the mirror. There was one long piece and then a shorter piece that was 4-5 inches SHORTER. She explained she couldn’t cut my hair without fixing what Alyssa did at Ulta which will take about 3-4 cuts. Another stylist looked at it as well to discuss how they’d fix my hack job without cutting it extremely short to one length. My hair was falling out of clips, ties, and hanging in my face because my entire head was multiple lengths! Needless to say, my haircut today was spent blending what Alyssa sporadically cut off.
