Ulta Beauty, King of Prussia PA

Don’t try to call this store. I waited on hold 11 minutes, someone kept picking the phone up and putting it back on hold. Seriously ridiculous, especially since it was a quick question about a product one of their consultants recommended.

If you need your eyebrows waxed, Jackie at the Benefit brow bar is your girl. She's absolutely AMAZING. Everyone I have to sent to her as been completely obsessed. She's so sweet and is beyond great at what she does.

My first and last visit to this location. I stopped here on my way home from work on a Friday evening. If taking 20 minutes to find parking wasn’t bad enough (This is a high traffic shipping center), the staff did not greet or assist me while I browsed the store trying to find what I stopped for (two items). I felt like I had to settle on the lack of options I ultimately did find (without assistance). Compared to other Ulta stores in the area, this one needs to step their game up quick.

My Salon experience was a C- at best. Blow dry looked average and my hair was oily the next morning. It took an hour as well. The customer service is terrible and they showed no remorse when I called the next day.

Store is very dirty and the people there are always way too busy to help out when necessary. The store needs better customer service skills.

Doesn’t care about customers time. Waited for almost 1 hour 15 mins with no one around. Left and came back.

Their salon is horrible! I'm looking for a new stylist as I sit here and wait for my stylist to acknowledge I'm here. I've come here 3 times and every single time it's a long wait. The stylist constantly overbook their clients. You should never have to wait more than 15 minutes and I've waited over 30. I'm on time and we agreed on this time when I set my appointment, why can't you be on time. I don't have all evening to sit in a salon. It's just horrible!

What a horrible product they are selling? Yesterday I visited Ultra store in KOP PA, with my friends, we bought lip balm and lip liners, quality of lip balm so bad, and one I opened it it is not closing. I have heard a lot about ultra but experience is very bad, I am ad why did I go there and wasted my money

This ULTA is much better than the one in Wyomissing PA. Wyomissing has NO DIVERSITY. Businesses can't afford to do that nowadays. The staff at KOP are friendlier than Wyomissing. I rather drive the extra miles.

When I read that Ulta carries the Shea Moisture cosmetics line, I just had to come check it out. I was also happy to find that they had an amazing variety of NYX makeup.
