I bought my lift chair February 2021. Since then, I have had a problem with the controller. That was taken care of. Then not a year later, 5/22/2022, I needed a new mother board, new controller and transformer. Then on 9/2022, a bolt fell out of the bottom and I had a metal piece sticking up in the seat. I had to pay the serviceman $100 for a service call since it was out of warranty. Then a metal L shaped part part fell out of the bottom of the chair. Now the leg TV lift will not work. Do I gave to pay another $100 to get this fixed? They say there is a LEMON in everything that is made and I think I got the Lemon! Help.

Ultra Comfort Lift Chair Recliner is great. Comfortable and when I need the lift is perfect. I own two of them!

I bought 2 of the Artemis chairs. Very expensive and very comfortable. One of the chairs i have needed to have a service guy come untangle all the wiring so it wouldn't unplug the wires while using the lift chair option. We bought the heat and massage options. I've felt better heat and vibration from a 15 dollar massager at Walmart. We can barely feel them, no massage, more of a buzzing sound. The heat is heat pad that they put under the upholstery of the chair, in one location. Plus, you can see the outline of the pad through the upholstery material. I would not have purchased the massage and heat had known how cheap and ineffective both options are. They should give you better product for 2 $3500.00 recliner/lift chairs. I just expected more. They also failed to mount some hardware that held up wiring, a real quality failure. If I had the chance to give these chairs back, I'd do it in a New York second.

I've been waiting on an explanation on the quality escapes during the manufacturing of the two chairs mentioned above. Ultra Comfort has failed to address my complaints above? What is the problem with you guys?

I love my lift chair. I was able to get the size best suited for me. I am really pleased with the ability to move the foot/back independently. It is very well made and it is manufactured in the U. S.

It’s a great chair, and I’ve only had it a month. The only problem is when I use the lumbar, the pressure bleeds down.

Purchased an Ultra lift chair paid almost 2000. For it 4 months later it needed two new motors They fixed it then a few months later the motor and mechanism is out. They will not replace the chair. Even though it has broken twice in less than two years. When you depend on a lift chair and it is undependable. It is not good. This chair claims to have a lifetime warranty lol. Do not purchase a lift chair from this company

My new recliner has been a blessing as I had it for about 10 days before I slipped on ice in our driveway and broke my knee cap. I have been able to keep my leg elevated at a comfort level I choose. It is easy to adjust with the control. I didn’t think I would use the charger port but it sure is handy when my iPad. The lift feature was an added bonus. I have not needed it much yet but I’m not getting any younger so it will be there if I need it.
I would have liked it to come in dark gray. I purchased elk, which is dark gray/brown. It is smaller, just right for a petite person. I’m 5’4” and weigh 130 pounds. It is plenty long and wide enough for me and a young grandchild or a small dog.

Bought a pair of these UltraComfort recliners @ Jordan's Furniture.a medium one for Momma Bear, and a large one for Pappa Bear! Who knew recliners came in sizes? Man these things are comfortable! We sat in many that day and these were by far the best value & the most comfortable.

The UC799 is my second lift chair. Another brand, which was 1/3 the price, finally wore out after 4 1/2 years of heavy use. After 2 weeks of using the 799, I am very pleased with its overall construction and and appearance and, especially, with its many features. We had a terrific retailer who was patient, sincere, and thorough. This helped make this purchase an easy and good decision.

Purchased the UC562 chair. Have had it repaired multiple times and even replaced. Chair does not hold its settings and has to be recalibrated at least once a day. For the money this is unacceptable.
