Ummi dee’s burger bistro, Philadelphia PA

I promise everything on the menu is perfect oxtail steak poppin cheese fries bussin but I almost smacked my momma after one of the salmon steaks but let’s not forget the lemònadè gotta be the most balanced I’ve tasted in a long time definitely 10/10

I initially called to order ahead but was put on hold and the person never returned to the line. When I came in to order, the cashier took another order over the phone without asking me to wait, hold, give her a moment, nothing. I was there before the phone rang. I wanted to order a burger but the “burger bistro” place no longer sells burgers. Had the person came back to the line I could have saved myself a trip. Ordered the chicken cheesesteak instead. The steak was very wet with what looks like a cheese sauce. The menu stated I could pick what kind of cheese but I guess they picked for me. The wait time was very long.

I visited the place a few weeks prior to this visit for the oxtail cheesesteak. I did not care for the steak. I’m not saying it was nasty. It just wasn’t for me but the roll did need to be gutted. I tasted the bread more than the steak. The wait time on this visit was not long. I found out on this visit they only take cash. That is not listed on their social media page.

Food was Excellent! I actually drove from New Jersey for their famous Oxtail Egg Rolls but they wasn't on the menu no more. The Oxtail CheeseSteaks had an hour wait so I advise people to order on the phone or prepare to wait. It's worth it

Horrible I’m sorry that OXTAIL CHEESESTEAK IS NOT IT THERE! ’ For 30$ my steak was skimpy fries part cold it’s NOT WORTH IT! Everything else i get from there is good far as the salmon burger with spinach

I’m from Baltimore was in Philly for a bday celebration. Omw back home decided to stop for a bite The food was Flavorable, tasty, cheesy, fresh sub rolls, great customer service.
I had oxtail sub ($30), salmon sub, seafood egg rolls ($10 comes in pairs [2]), 2 Lg strawberry lemonades ($4). Everything was sooo delicious. Total of $72 + tax

I love everything about this Burger bistro. The customer is 10/10, the food is delicious 10/10, food came out fast. If you never tried I would definitely give Ummi Dee’s a try.

Take out only. We ordered the oxtail cheese steak, chicken egg rolls and waffle fries with spinich and cheese. Every item was delicious! Flavorful, tasty and well seasoned goodness. Will take the ride from NJ again to get some of this goodness.

We go the oxtail cheesesteak, some rolls, lemonade and carrot cake, everything was made from scratch when we ordered and 10/10/10 love it!

We got the oxtail cheesesteak and it’s 10/10. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back again.

Lunch date with Wifey. We had seen this place on social media, we wanted to check it out. They didn’t disappoint. Soft bread great spices. We ordered the oxtail cheesesteak and the salmon steak, with fries and a lemonade. Slight wait when you order in person but anyone whoever order in advance was in and out. Definitely going back.

The place looked nice but they only take cash, don't have an ATM. I definitely wanted to try their oxtail steak but the price was a little high.

The girl at the front was rude and unprofessional to customers and the employees. The oxtail cheesesteak was tasteless, not enough meat, bread fell apart, and just plain. Menu said it cost $30 and my girlfriend was charged $33. The cheese was not good and hard. Wouldn’t go there again. The guys who prepared the food were really nice though. Sad that young lady at the front had to ruin the experience.

Chicken cheese steak rolls are amazing. Henna has great customer service skills. She is actively involved with her customers and makes us feel warm.

I’ve been frequent customer of Ummi Dee’s for the last year and my Salmon cheese steaks are always on point along with the cheesy waffle fries. The owner is always polite, courteous & accomadating. I’d love to see them bring the milkshakes back they were definitley a hit! Try them out.

The service was great! We got the oxtail cheese steak! Ten Stars! It was flavourful, bread was soft. The meat was seasoned and tender. WE will BE BACk!
