I purchased a watch from unclaimed diamonds. Within one week of purchase the battery died, and
A link fell out. I tried to return the watch but guess what they don't do returns. Maybe it's me but this is the first jeweler I ever dealt with that did not stand behind their work.

I purchased a ring here 9 years ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately things didn’t work out. I went back to have it appraised and to sell it but changed my mind, again everyone was understanding and nice. I had to call today for that appraisal and spoke to Andrew. He took my information and said that he would look for it and call me back. Minutes later he did just what he said he would do and also emailed me that appraisal. Thank you so much for your outstanding service and if I am ever blessed to get married again you most definitely know that my ring is coming from you!

We absolutely love our rings. My husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary, and we received so many compliments about our rings. Unclaimed diamonds came thru in no time. The delivery was fast, and the customer service was awesome. Progressive leasing does a wonderful job with helping customers. I would definitely buy more jewelry here.

If you go here definitely let the owner help you out. The woman there always has an attitude. I went there twice with my husband trying to change my whole ring and band set, when we got there she was telling us "why do you need to change it" with an attitude. We are customers here to spend more money, you should be happy. The owner later came and helped us, he was nice but I'm glad we didn't buy the ring there. We went all the way to Newyork and OMG so gladddd.

Have done business there several times, Corey's an excellent salesman, never knew him before, but always have pleasant experience wether buying or servicing my jewelry.

Had a great ordering experience but things got a little rocky once I received the ring. Since I had it sized to 5.5 one of the diamonds fell out and had to send it back for repair.
Now the customer service I received after this has been phonimal. Received a call from Elliot who explained everything in detail to me and took care of my every need.
This type of customer service is hard to find now days and it was appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone!

I got the ring I wanted but since I am an abnormal size I got the ring in a size 9 & not 14 1/2 & shelling out another $35.00 to get it to fit but, since I am getting ready to have the gastric sleeve surgery & be loosing a lot of weight. That is when we will go back & get it refitted when I hit my targeted goal weight. People call my ring the show stopper it is very fabulous.
