I went to look for a sofa and found a variety and beautiful sofas but not the size I want also they have bed set table set and more and the price is very affordable

I think I been at unclaimed for hundred years. If you want nice and cheap stuff and prices go visite. But if you want quality great excellent furniture that won't be the place. Sorry.

Disappointed with the current inventory. This place in past years use to have better quality inventory. No team member to assist in the store. There might be a new operation manager in place post the store fire.because it is reflective in cheap budgeted inventory. This place lost its hype!

I love unclaimed freight. I needed a new chester draw. Ms. Becky was a blessing. She asked me questions I answered. I love my new furniture. Check this out delivered the same day 2 hours after I returned home. This is MY PLACE NOW! Thanks Ms. Becky. Awesome.

Great sales person forgot his name. My problem is with the lack of management. I purchased a couch. Was told to come pick it up. Website says they close at 9pm the phone number relays a message saying they close at 7pm so I left work early rented a truck to see a sign saying they close at 6pm. After I get my couch never shopping here again. And I needed patio furniture dinning table n chairs as well as a bed room set. Great job guys!

I thought we were gonna get a deal on a sectional going here but was wrong. The prices were not that great and everything looked very cheap. Also the music playing had horrible static playing every couple of minutes and it was extremely annoying. Most likely will never come here again.

Made the trip out to this store a few weeks ago. What a disappointment. I bought furniture from them years ago, but this time it looked like they were going out of business! Furniture was very cheap and not a big selection at all. What happened? They used to have a ton of selections!

First time back in since the fire looks great inside fresh and clean not that much of a selection yet but still alot of nice stuff

Tremendously fantastic place to go for furniture or decor. The prices are far lower than you'd anticipate for the great quality. Would recommend it to anyone.:)

I remember when this was full of inventory and employees was quick to help you. Now 2019 we waited 30 minutes for help and we just left and little bit of inventory

I must say I love this place, every one is great especially Becky from the front desk and Puma from as-is department but the sales rep. I got sucked to much to go into detail but I will say that he will tell you any and everything just for a sale he goes by the name Q (the muscle man) stay away from him save your self the headache

I think they need to remodel the store, its so ugly and old looking compared to other furniture stores! Just looking at the store you wont want to go in.

The store is run down, salesman was asleep in the chair. We purchased a two stool bar set. One chair was missing. We drove an hour to replace it. The second one appeared ok. Lots of chips when we took everything out of the box. This place sell low budget poor quality furniture. Overpriced for 30 day quality products.

Customer Service was great. Inventory control frustrating. There was alot of sold products. Overall good help and great prices.

These items are good for your first apartment but, if you're looking for quality, i would recommend searching elsewhere.

There was a 19 year old Spanish kid at pick up and he went above and beyond for me. He truly made my experience there. Great worker.

Have gotten several sets of furniture from here. Would give the advice that if youre looking for something specific to wait a while and stop in often bc prices and items change pretty frequently.

Overall good experience. No hassling sales people. Wide selection in open warehouse format. Fair pricing. Two step process to pickup outside.

We ordered a couch a month ago and it still hasn’t come in, when they originally ally said two week. Each week we call they say to call back the next week. We are wondering if this place is legit and if we will ever see our couch.
