Management must be control

Steal driver time company.

As a Truck driver I always expect respect and timely loading unloading, Guy named Randy is unreal, such a great human being and helpful. Companies deserve these kind of employees, Good luck to him.

From the I-83 exit 24, next take Broad Road toward North, then 2 miles by the GPS - easily.
Address:
600 Bartlett Drive, Manchester, PA 17345.
Arrived 5: 45 am, appointment 6: 00 am, checked in, got a door 6: 55 am, drop my trailer, parked at bobtail area, picked up BOLs at 7: 45 am, gone at 8: 00 am.
But property’s parking is very limited, about 7-8 arrived trucks. Try to do arriving 15-20 minutes before appt.time!
Thanks for management and employees, friendly and very quick service, organized staff, NO TRASH left inside the trailer. NO lumper fee, unusually, but very nice. Need a face mask and gloves!

No parking overnight, but nearby a lot of huge businesses with properties without fences at the entrance. Your choice.

If you’re delivering to this place it’s OK to show up two hours early before your appointment was in and out within 2 1/2 hours but if you’re picking up completely different story was in and out within five hours to different experiences So driver beware Will be asked to drop your trailer and park on the other side of the property Nothing nearby and you’re not allowed to leave which is BS

They ok. Dropped trailer at 3: 00, empty at 5: 45.
There’s a place to park at the end of the street if you turn right at the exit, at Starbucks Dist.

I got only 5 palets to be delivering to those place it's take 5 hours to be unloaded. This place is Extremely slow

Where is the closest scale? Place is packed, tight parking spaces, trees in rear that could possibly damage ur doors.can check in an hour before apptmnt. Guard was nice to me, with help of guard/yard dog and another driver i was helped to back in, blind sided in the first spots.not impossible but i was taking my time rather than to hit two trucks.

They put me in the dock 1.5 hours after my appointment time. Their facility is not too roomy and backing in the dock can be complicated. Some docks backing can be made only from the passenger, blind side.

It looks like all this bulls schit with a late fee, is invented specially to take off responsibility for the problems that they create. Their answer to your question about; "The problem is that you were born a dude. " My advice dudes do not deal with them.
This is all done to relieve themselves of responsibility. So you feel guilty. The best way to protect, attack.

No overnight parking! Do not be late! They will charge a late fee and they may push your delivery out a few days. As far as deliveries goes truckloads normally take 2 to 3 hours. Today I went in with a partial (5 pallets) and was in and out in 1 hour. There is a diner up by the interstate with truck parking but you have to pay to park there.

Check in, at this time the company is very busy, very little space and if you arrived before the apoment then there might not be a parking place!

Outside carriers should ban this place here for a transfer load to Indiana, three and a half hour loading time and Counting now I'm not going to be able to do it legally so now I'll be late for the delivery I'm sure they'll punish me for that too even though it was their own companies fault for wasting all of my time sitting there doing nothing in their parking lot while they sat around and did nothing

Nothing quick here you drop off yr trailer to load & when ever there done they call you & so far 3hrs for me at least

8 hours to get loaded, came to pick up 43k 33* chilled product.
Got 18k -13* ice cream.
Be aware for brokers trying to lie!
