Had an interview with 3 senior leaders it was by far the worst interview I’ve ever had in my life. I was so uncomfortable one of the managers was making weird looks in the video not sure if it was directed towards me and when I started speaking another manager jumped up and walked away from the video not acknowledging the fact I was offering an apology for rescheduling the first interview. Then one claimed he only could see my lips and it went to sit back and move your phone this and that way I sat up so my posture could be better. I told them I didn’t want to sit back. But, I think they were all acting like unprofessional high school students ready to get wasted on a Friday just unprofessional. I should’ve followed my gut and wrote a withdraw letter because out of all the jobs I interviewed with they were the lowest paying job anyway. Never again!

Service rep came out and took care of all our issues, very nice a genuine guy, very much appreciated!

One of your drivers with hows my driving sticker 431093 on the back was behind me on River Rd and State Rd.right on my bumper as i was doing 35. The speed limit is 25. Than passes me before the Burlington Bristol Bridge and gave me the finger and cut me off. Driver uses NO turn signals at any turns and is just driving reckless in the poor weather today 10/28/20

I had really bad experience with Unifirst. We had uniforms with them, and had multiple issues. Uniforms not being returned, or being returned dirty. I would not recommend them at all. When we finally had enough, and decided to part ways. Instead of trying to make things right, their only recourse was to threaten us that we had a contract. Of course, it didn't matter they weren't living up to it.

Worst Uniform Company. Called about 3 times and schedule with someone to order new uniforms, "Manager" makes appointments and never shows up. After not showing up for 3 times, finally he decided to show up told me new uniforms should of arrive within 2 weeks. Its been 4 months now and nothing. Called them to cancel our account, they couldn't do before the manager stop by, "MANAGER" made an appointment and once again NEVER SHOWED UP. So every Friday when driver comes we say he doesn't need to do nothing, and he asks Manager never called or came? We say no, he is like Wow' Uni-first in very very unprofessional.

Our driver is always friendly and helpful. Prices are comparable to other services in the area but the friendliness is what counts most!

UniFirst is one of the better and easy uniform companies I have dealt with in my 13 year experience. Ryan my driver is excellent. He handles all issues promptly and is always on time with our scheduled pick up and delivery dates. This is the smoothest our service process has been since year 1 and our original driver. Overall, Research Diets and myself are extremely pleased with our service.

Unifirst is a great company to deal with. Our route driver Justin Burke is the BEST! Can't ask for a better person to deal with. He handles any issues immediately. VFI Fabricators, Inc.is very lucky to have him as our driver.

Unifirst has provided us with excellent service for over 20 years.
We have had many people manage our account with many changes but in the last 5 plus years we have had exceptional service from Marc Briganti.
Marc is personable and efficient.

Marc Briganti is our service representative from UniFirst and handles everything in a professional manner. From replacement garments to new employees I am confident that Marc will take care of us. Marc has great communication skills and is very knowledgeable about UniFirst products and services. Excellent service and communication is the key to a successful relationship and we have both.

I have been working with Marc at Unifirst now for about 2 years. Unifirst blows all the other guys out of the water. Their level of service is outstanding. I won't use anyone else.

Drivers are all ways courteous and informative about any route changes due to holiday schedule. Uniforms and supplies are as expected clean and useful. Orders from there catalog are as described in catalog and if you have any questions your driver is helpful and if they can not answer they direct you to call where you will get your answer.:)

Been with unifirst 3 months now and only had a full set of uniforms once. Haven't got any uniforms in the last two weeks. Tryed calling our rep but he doesn't return calls. Basically they are worse then our last uniform company.

Ryan Harkins is the best driver in the entire world, he goes all out and provides excellent customer service and he always strives for continuous improvement. VERY HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE
