I wish I could give these people zero stars! I have signed record release forms three separate times, 4 months later no one has even kept up on the request. The service is slow and the staff is rude. I understand that this is community care aka state/ welfare clinics but every patient deserves to be treated with respect regardless of what your insurance is. Not to mention if the nurse calls and leaves a message good luck being able to contact them again. There are plenty of private doctors that take state insurance, take your time and find one. This place suckssssssss!

Great place to catch a cold. Staff is rude, consistently gets prescription orders wrong. Waiting room stinks like garbage and is dirty. Packed to the brim, folks all on cellphones full volume. Just unpleasant all around. Not only is the staff rude, they are fully incompetent. I tried to get my "login" for "the portal" (I've never seen it) that you use to communicate with an actual doctor, but the front office staff just gives you something like "sheeeit, we don't do dat"

I brought my daughter for urgent care, been waiting for over an hour no body is calling her to check, but people who comes later than us they are already checked and back home, after a nurse called us, now it’s been 40 minutes my daughter is in urgent care and doctors does not visit her yet, the baby is saying i am headache and went to sleep, this definitely not good,

I love my doctor but the front office staff is horrible. They are unprofessional. They violate HIPAA all the time by saying private information out loud. They discuss other patient's business in front of everyone and their personal business also. They also assume I speak Spanish because of my last name and talk to me in Spanish until I correct them. They don't try to ask my preference before assuming. It happens every visit.

Absolute worst doctors office i have ever been to.doctors are nosey, rude and completely overstep their boundaries any moment they get.they love to gossip about patients as if this isn't supposed to be a professional office (and they openly admit that to patients). How can a doctor be mad about a mother caring about the health of their child? She cancelled an appointment because i was going to take my son and not his grandmother.doctors should push for mothers to want to be involved when dealing with postpartum but it's completely the opposite.fed up to the point where im switching providers. 0/10 i would not go to this doctors office for any kind of medical help.

This was the worst experernice ive had in a while, that lady was the rudest person ive ever meet, was very rude to my aunt and me as well.i come from a immigrant family so we dont know about things we should and she was very rude about it.saying i shouldnt have came because my thing was little. This is not how we should be treated. I hope you guys can do better.

This place could do better managing and scheduling appointments, my wife appointments was at 9: 40 and she was still not called in after 10: 30, I inquired twice and they say no room available while 10 plus patient went in that they came after us. Ridiculous.

The one of ladies at the front desk was very rude. They tried charging me twice for a visit, but I had my receipt from that visit as proof, so the didn’t. If I didn’t have it they would have had charged me twice!

I took my son and the doctor never listened to what I told her about my son's symptoms. Only because he had a fever did he start talking about covid. And I appreciate that you did the test but you should have considered other things. He did not tell me how much medication to give him and made a diagnosis of a disease of the mouth, hands and feet due to inflammation in the mouth resulting from the eruption of his molars. I have been tremendously disappointed.
