5Excellent and friendly service shop. Igor took special care of my favorite car!
I have used Unique for 30 years. They always do quality work and charge a fair price. I have sent many friends and family members to them for service, repairs, and to purchase cars.
Everything seemed fine, bought the car over the phone, arranged for shipping, they cashed my check on 4-26 promised paperwork on the following day or two. 5-11 NO CHECK, NO REPLY TO EMAIL, WILL NOT TAKE OR RETURN MY CALL.
UPDATE AS OF 7-5-2023 STILL NO TITLE. NO CONTACT EXCEPT TO SAY IT WILL BE OVERNIGHTED, THAT WAS 6-20-2023. I WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE AG OF PA. CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW WE ENDED UP HERE. PAID $65, xxx FOR A CAR THAT I CANNOT LICENSE.

I recently had my car serviced at Unique Autos in Bridgeville, and I am extremely pleased with the level of customer service I received. I took my Audi q5 in for a 120 mile service maintenance. Nick took my car for a test drive and noticed a noise (vibration) coming from the rear wheel which turned out to be a faulty wheel bearing which could have cause major damage if it gone unnoticed. The quality of the work performed on my car was outstanding. The technicians at Unique Autos demonstrated their expertise and attention to detail, leaving my car in excellent condition. I could tell that they take pride in their work and strive for perfection.
Lastly, the overall atmosphere and facilities at Unique Autos were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
In conclusion, I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional customer service I received at Unique Autos. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative, and the quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend Unique Autos for anyone in need of car maintenance or repairs. They have earned my trust and loyalty as a satisfied customer.
