I had a very careful and well done pedicure. I really want to give 4* though because both times I’ve been there 2 women who work there are talking very loud back and forth. It’s very irritating when you are at a salon and dropping hood money for treatments. This isn’t a sports bar.

17 year old daughter came in to get her acrylic nails removed. They gave her the least experienced person in the shop. Made her pay in advance. Did not soak her nails, but instead ripped them off with another nail. Said soaking would take too long. When she asked again for a soak, they soaked the remaining 7 nails for 1 minute. Told her to relax when she flinched with each rip. I know acrylic nail removal can sometimes leave your nails thin, but they didn’t even try. When I went in to complain they were combative. Said they have happy customers, didn’t care about my daughter’s experience. Worst ever!
