Predatory billing services at its finest. Billed us over $4k that we did not owe, did not action on the information provided from our insurance company, sent our $4k bill to collections for over 7 months where we were called every day and mailed about a debt that did not exist. These folks are crooks.

I highly recommend against using this service. They refuse to provide me with the required information to file with my insurance. Have spoken with them multiple times and they have never once called me back or offered a single option as to how assist me.

Honestly, the surgeon and the Anesthesiologist who helped me were fantastic. Just all around 5 stars, but the billing practices of this office moved it to 2 stars. I paid the extra charges you tacked on 6 months after the surgery using the stupid payment plan system on your website and yet you sent the debt to a collection agency still despite it being paid already. I'm struggling not to make this 1 star.

They are trying to bill me an additional $2,284.62. I have Called my insurance twice, BOTH times I have been told the same thing, my insurance paid their max benefit contracted with them an that there in no patient financial responsibility. I have been told I do NOT owe anything to them. BUT they are trying to get more out of it by now billing me just essentially to get more money. Had I known this is the company Abington used for their Anesthesia I would have never gotten an epidural! Or asked more questions. They shouldn’t use place that charge people’s insurance and want more!

Calling with billing questions took me in an endless loop with no resolution

I underwent surgery. I had great insurance at the time. However, UAS received an incomplete insurance member ID number from the surgery center. Instead of calling the surgery center or calling me to obtain the complete number, they began to mail me statements, then sent my account to collections.

When I tried reaching out to them, I received no response. I finally reached them and they blamed it on the surgery center, although they admitted that they did not call me. Horrible customer service. A patient shouldn't have to hunt them down to fix a simple member number.

Ripp off! Received outrageously high bill for “services” a year ago. Calling them doesn’t work. This is very close to fraud! Watch out!
