United Healthcare, Horsham PA

This is by far the least desirable healthcare insurance. I am even pondering changing my employment so I don't have deal with them anymore. Crooks.

Horrible customer service. You will never get a thinking human being when interacting with customer service. All short term call center reps who will do their best to just grind you down since they have no knowledge to answer. If your question requires support from an actual department in the company, forget it. You will never reach them. Not sure any insurance companies are better but the cs here is certainly the worst. Horrible.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with my insurance for over a week. My old cobra insurance has not been removed therefore, my insurance from my new employer is not in effect.

I have literally spent over five hours on the phone and gotten nowhere.

Requests for a supervisor end up with me being on endless hold.

This situation effectively leaves me without health insurance that I have paid for.
