Toxic work environment, the support the employers have for their employees is not good. They don’t make you feel like the work and years of employment is anything to them. No support for staff. Not a good place to work at all, I worked at BCC for 3 years, it use to be UMHC which is great then they switched to BCC and the company and respect for staff want to the ground. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here, unless they want to feel unappreciated and no support.
