United Sports reviews
17Not a great place to be a spectator, that's for sure. Hardly any bleachers to watch from, and if you're there for a tournament there is absolutely nowhere to sit between games. Not to mention the absurd prices at the concession stand. $4.50 for 1 slice of pizza? Lmfao
Great place to have sport games. Plenty of fields inside and out. They have a snacks inside to purchase, hot dogs and pretzels.
The staff and administrators need to take a few classes on bullying. Cause they don't care if your child is getting bullying there.they only make excuses, they don't take responsibility or take care of the issue with the kids going there.
My daughter (2.5) does soccer here weekly and loves it! Coach Mare is the best with the kids. She makes sure they are all included and engaged (super difficult with toddlers). They are learning basic soccer skills but doing it by playing fun games their speed. The course she is taking is designed to start with the parents participating the whole time and then slowly weening to make it so the parents can be on the side lines by the end and the children can play independently. Half way through the first session the parents were able to step back! My daughter has been practicing her soccer skills all week during play and loves to talk about her coach. I did talk to other parents I know about USC and some had had negative experiences there but with camps. I can’t speak to that because my only experience has been with the soccer classes and they have been great. So I would (and have) recommended soccer classes. For her age there are actually 2 different classes available (one is more parent involved and one works on the children playing independently) both having multiple classes available different days/ hours. We look forward to soccer every week and will definitely sign up for the next session again! Oh- also they let you do make up sessions if you have to miss for any reason. The child can just go to another class happening another day that week.
We visited United Sports for a homeschool volleyball tournament. The facility is large and well maintained. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. As expected with eight games happening at a time, it is loud and chaotic. There is food available for purchase.
Nice facility, lots of mult iuse playing areas. Without a lot of dividers between the fields and courts the whistles and the buzzers are hard to distinguish for the players and spectators. Adequate parking and bathrooms for a large facility.
Sitting here for Irish Rumble Volleyball Tournament, paid near $100 for 3 person admission for this 2 day event, and ONLY 4 overhead heaters on in the entire place. Everyone is sitting here with their hats, gloves, jackets, and blankets on. This place is a TOTAL rip off, literally stealing everyone's money.
The programs here have been great, but I would not recommend their birthday party packages. I was quoted a price when I scheduled the party and paid a deposit, only to be charged an extra $75 on the day of the party. When I inquired about this, the party planner stated that the brochure prices I was quoted don’t match the new prices, which are online. However, these brochures were on the counter when I scheduled the party, and were still available the day of the party! I understand changing prices, but this entire exchange seemed deceptive to me. Hopefully United Sports is more transparent with their pricing in the future. P. S. The party assistants assigned to our crew were amazing, and engaged well with the kids.
My son plays soccer here. He has a great coach, and some great teammates that he’s learning a lot from about indoor soccer as well as good sportsmanship. They have a friendly staff and place is pretty clean considering how many people come through their doors all day long.
Great complex for both indoor and outdoor sports. 1st time we visited this site for indoor field hockey. Great tournament.
No issues with parking for an indoor field hockey tourney. On cold days the indoor heating temp struggles for comfort. Dress for conditions
$10 for parking for a youth lacrosse tournament? I’ve been going to tournaments all around the east coast for 10+ years and never ever had to pay for parking. Take this to the bank!
Front desk staff was rude. I called and asked for person in charge of the gymnastics program about child placement. I had to repeat myself numerous times for 5 minutes. She then told me to ask her the question, I did and she goes oh I dont know the answer email the person in charge. Well I would have 10 minutes ago if the girl would have given me the info of the person. Not a very good first impression
Our kids really enjoyed playing soccer and the coaches are great. Which made us want to have their birthday party here but trying to get the organizer to call us back was the biggest challenge. They would not give us a clear answer. I do not recommend this place for parties.
The USTC league staff is disorganized and routinely does not communicate in a timely manner. The start of each season our family has been apart of has been the management of the league degrade. It costs a great deal of money and they seem to take that for granted. If there were another league for kids to play football we would certainly seek it out.
This establishment is a great place to play indoor sports. Very clean place to play. Price is much better here then anywhere else I have tried. Very friendly staff aswell.
Nice field complex. Bring your own food. Snack stand not always open. Fast food close to complex.
