Slow takes hours
Everyone here at Cold Storage, Quakertown PA is very kind, starting with the surveillance guards to those who are in shipping & receiving. I wish I brought pure travel here, greetings race appoiment at 6: 00 p.m. And they received me at 3: 00 p.m. Excellent
Doesn’t allow overnight parking, the guy in the guard shack is awesome very nice and polite, the shipping and receiving clerks is a different story. Quick and easy D/H and fairly quick load/unload.
Horrible place to load. Even with an appointment they take way too long to load. My appointment was at 5pm and they strictly tell you to leave their property if you arrive sooner than 30mins prior to your appointment. I left at 11: 45pm and had to unload a few hours away at 5am. I hope to never return to this location, it's a huge waste of time and the woman in the office are rude.
The bull guy is stupid - 1 star, and the lady at the gate was very helpful in finding the delivery number
Security guy was so nice and friendly, I didn’t have actual 5 digit pick up number but he pulled out in his computer and I was able to get loaded.
Take 2-3 hrs to load.
New (pieces of work) at the guard shack. Two white dudes now. Problems, is what they are. I try to be nice so I can just move along. A bit testy they are. Last thing I need in my day. Get your paperwork done and move is how to handle the attitudes with them.
Waste of time. Been here 30h and still on dock just because of 3h late due to shipper loading me late, and I called receiving 12h before arrival.
Horrible. Got here at 4: 00pm for a 5: 00pm appointment burnt my hours waiting on a door. Got a door at 8: 30pm then at 11: 00 they call me and tell me to get my papers and leave. The only reason they got one star is cause it wouldn’t let me leave no stars
