A certified letter was put in my regular mailbox. No delivery to my house door for a signature yet I have to pay the sender for certified mail delivery because they never received my payment by USPS - now 3 weeks late.

This has got to be the laziest branch of the usps I have ever seen. I tried using the 1800 number to no avail, I use the email contact us open on the website and get contact 1 time from a supervisor saying that the reason they cannot deliver our package is because there was a complaint from driver about a dog and we were notified. Number one didn’t have a dog when this complaint was issued, number 2 never received a notification, so.then supervisor says well we won’t be delivering any mail to the address because some one had an altercation with the driver. So.when was that was that before or after the imaginary dog? Then The supervisor says well idk I’ll do some research and call back. Never got call back and they won’t respond to email complaints any more either. Now the excuse is that the driver is not allowed to come back driveways like can we delete the postal service. They are an out dated waste of money.

I understand with covid-19 things are backed up but I have had more issues just in 2020 with my mail then in the whole 4 years I've lived at this address. I get packaged claiming to be delivered but they weren't. My grandmother passed the end of January so I've been writing deceased on all her mail and send it back. They put a vacancy notice in my mailbox stating all mail will be stopped. Wait time for customer service is always at least an hour long. Yesterday I had 2 packages delivered to my porch according to tracking only 1 was delivered. I was home and sitting in my livingroom. I knew it was delivered but the bang it made when the mail lady threw it on my porch. Thankfully my item didn't break. Called this morning to customers service who told me they would pass the information along to my local post office. That was around 10am. It's now 2pm and still haven't received a phone call back as promised. I've received other people's packages that I've in the trailer park. Our house number is on the end of our trailer and our light post both in plain sight and yet they can't seem to get the deliveries correct. This is getting ridiculous. They asked me what the value of the package is. I don't know. I am a member on a free site and get a lot of stuff through them and my dad was sending surprise packages to my kids. Not sure which this one was to be from. I don't drive so I can't go pick anything up. They need to hire competent employees.

Lines are always long, employees look miserable. My usual mail lady is awesome, she is no problem.

Any time I need to sign for a package the delivery driver just drops the we missed you slip in my mailbox and drives away. This has been going on for years and even after filing several complaints nothing has gotten done. The office is also far from local for me I have 2 offices closer to me in dover and manchester.

Long line. Only 1 person at desk. 6 in front of me and at least 8 in back. That is ridiculous. Poor customer service.

I went in today to mail Christmas presents to my family who live in FL and RI. They offered 2 day shipping and I said "no, just whatever is cheapest". They then proceeded to ring me up for 3 day shipping on the FL package, and ended up charging me $30 more than they should have. Its my first time shipping to FL so I had just assumed it was expensive due to distance. Once we realized the mistake, I spent 2 hours trying to get someone on the phone, finally getting someone at the USPS national call center, who proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for not double checking that the clerk did her job right and that there was nothing they could do. I'm now out $30 for no reason other than incompetence, would rate 0 stars if possible.

The package i requested was too big to fit in their delivery jeep so they didn't deliver. I run a business where we order items just in time for installation. This is highly unacceptable. If you don't have a delivery vehicle big enough to deliver your packages get out of business. The tag at my door said the package was too big to fit in van, then when i contacted usps they said the account was noted with an address that didn't have anywhere to leave the package. This would be a lie. Thanks USPS you suck

This post office is always claiming they are delivering my packages to me but I am home when they claim they deliver it. They dont even come to my door. If its something you have to give to a person, do that dont expect them to come into the office. I have a very busy schedule and dont have time to stand on that post office line for at least an hr for something that should have been delivered to me.

Inconvenient location three times the distance from my nearest post office and I drive past another post office to get to this White Street location that is my “local” post office. Always a hassle to pick up anything from this location. The mail carriers do not work out of this post office and there is apparently some inaccessible postal “limbo” warehouse where packages that require a signature for delivery can sit for days while they wait to be shuttled over to this post office after being taken off the delivery trucks. DHL UPS and Fed Ex do not treat their customers this way.

Every time I have a package sent to me by USPS it never gets delivered to my house. I have to file a claim. Finally, I received a package and it is left in the rain. The box was completely soaked.

They just can not seem to deliver packages correctly in our secure location. I would give zero stars if possible.

I always get good service here. And today I was hugely impressed by how one postal worker handled what was clearly money laundering.
Two men entered the store and talked back and forth. They had enough language to understand asking for a money order for $2500 each. And the worker rightly asked if they were together and if so they needed fill out a form required under anti money laundering. The postal worker was clear and firm and was unwilling to just let it slide. I never disrespected postal workers but today usps earned great respect. Thank you!
