I was dreading my passport application appointment at this place after reading all the negative reviews. I showed up for my appointment and was pleasantly surprised by how painless it was. I was in and out in 10 minutes including having my picture taken. The people were not the friendliest, but not impolite either. They were very courteous and definitely meant business and I was very happy with the service and the efficiency.

Got what I needed done and a great employee. But I had to get a bubble mailer rather then pwe and it was way over priced

I call the post office and I never had bad service. Employees are friendly courteous and very helpful. They addressed my concerns professionally. Mail carriers are always friendly and out going. Thank you to all staff and employees at this post office.

Been trying to call the post office for a few days and constantly get a busy signal. I don’t have a car so I can’t drive there and I’m not paying for an Uber to take me there for a simple question. Either they have the phone off the hook or they just have the phone off the hook cause they don’t want to talk to anyone. Also I was there a week ago and the lady at the counter was rude and got loud with me to which I told her she best lower her tone otherwise I’ll get loud and very verbal with her. She’s a nasty person who shouldn’t be working the counter. Also how long does it take to get a lock changed on your mailbox in an apartment complex by the post office. I paid the money and it’s been more than a week since this was done

I have been trying to get through to this post office right now by phone for the last hour and a half. Each time, I had to listen to a recording that was almost a minute and a half before getting a busy signal. I'm pretty sure they took their phone off the hook. A package that was out for delivery this morning is suddenly being held at the PO by MY request? I did NOT request this, and I can't physically get there and your phones are off the hook! I'm getting the wrong mail a lot lately too. I'm finding my mail at my front door a lot lately, meaning it was misdelivered to a neighbor. I'm lucky they're nice enough to get it to me.don't know what's going on in that place, but it's gone downhill fast! I have no idea how I'm supposed to resolve this. I can't get there, and I want to know who put it on hold, because it was nobody here! I doubt anyone read this far, but if anyone has another phone number for them it would be a big help! Their phones were off the hook again all day today. Saturday. There's no excuse for this!

Verbally assaulted by Dave, a postal employee at the counter. He followed up with animal noises as I walked out the door. I contacted the postmaster and filed the appropriate complaints to no avail. Consequently; an important document was mailed to me and apparently someone signed for it and there is no trace of it. Impossible to get through on the phone menu. The post office is a haven for scary people with personality disorders to work. The Warrington post office is a scary place and not safe. I won't go in there again.

I had an appointment for a passport only to walk up to a sign stating that there are no passports since they are short staffed. There was no one there on 12/31 so I do not understand why the issue.

Since our mailman retired over 2 years ago, delivery is never the same time or the same mailman. Mail will show up as early as 3PM and as late as 10PM! So far for December they missed 3 days in total.
I blame the post master here for this. Before our old mailman retired he said it was a lousy place to work.

Foreigner? Need a passport? Want someone to walk you through your documents like you’re in 2nd grade? Want no personal responsibility? Want an attitude because you find it absurd it takes 40 min to drop off packages daily? This post office makes Philadelphia post offices look great. Worst post office in PA, possibly the United States.

Busiest post offices this one. Had a passport schedule, stay on line almost half an hour with infant.passport photo are so ugly. Should be avoided take passport photo over there. Staff are not bad, they have nothing to do because it's too much busy.

I live in Warrington and use this post office frequently. The staff here have always been extremely helpful, courteous, and professional.
I recently had a problem with a package delivery which had been sent to the wrong address. Both Jim and Keith worked diligently to ensure that my package arrived safely, and to the correct address. The folks working here are wonderful!

I made a call to the Warrington office, before driving there, to assure my matter could be addressed. The manager on the phone was friendly, understanding and helpful regarding my request. Arrived to address the matter and was received politely and warmly. Beneath the required mask, I could see the employee's cheeks rise with a smile! Good stuff!

They rip you off. They always select the most expensive option, without giving you the choice or explaining the differences, and was very condescending throughout. Going somewhere else next time.
